Lovely staff. Small shop. Parking can be a problem. Road is on an incline, so a little difficult for the mobility challenged. You can pack at the back of post office where the ground is flat.

The lady told me it was too hard to help me with my business account after this being a new process for me. Said it was too hard to refund my parcels and apply to my business account. She made a big deal about it. I’m sorry but your paid to serve customers and no matter how hard it is that’s your job. You paid by hour to do whatever is needed. Why anything would be too hard to me is more lazy and un acceptable.

Went to collect a parcel. Received message AND email to say it was at LPO. No other person was in store at the time I was there. I was told to come back tomorrow to collect. Thank you now my son does not get his present on his birthday. Has to be one of the worst LPO's I've been to. Previous experiences were just rude.

The package should be delivering to a place, but nope listed straight away to collecting at post office, which is ok, I understand during the Covid restrictions, this might be better a way. But the customer service is terrible! why so grumpy when other people are smiling to you?

Very nice and helpful staff but the delivery is terrible. I am left a pick-up note every time because the postie is too lazy to come up my 5m driveway while I'm home. Really getting tired of going to the post office and doing their job for them.

Visited this post office this morning to collect a parcel. The staff member was extremely rude and refused to scan the bar code of the item. Eventually the staff member checked and collected the parcel for me. Absolutely horrible customer service.
