We've had a consistently positive experience with Aramex Cairns. Unlike their Sydney and Melbourne counterparts known for delays and missing parcels, Aramex Cairns stands out. We utilised both their drop-off service at the Woree warehouse and the daily pickup service in 2021-22 amidst the pandemic, and it has been seamless. The warehouse supervisor's friendliness and support have been consistent throughout over 100 visits. Kudos to the team for maintaining excellence in service.

Would have to be the most useless freight company anywhere! They are cheap and it shows. Their tracking system doesn't track. Their deliveries are late. On EVERY occasion that I have had items being delivered by them, they were late and not showing up on what they call a "tracking system". Highly recommend DON'T use Aramex.
