Our post is often sent to a similar street name and same number. And their post to ours. Mentioned it to the post office. Still happening. A Parcel i was waiting for was delivered to the other address and stolen. Weeks go past and I hear nothing after putting it in emails. Rubbish shop, waiting outside because the line's so long.

I changed my address and updated in my post account. The same area of Kwinana. Some of my parcels were sent wrongly to the former address (my error to order without updating new address). Luckily, the post helped to get them and send to my current one. We were really surprise and happy with it. Another chance when I left my daughter outside with a full trolley. Staff kindly approached and requested me to let her in a safer corner inside while I was queuing up in the line. That I can watch out my daughter. Very mindful staff. I appreciate what they have done for customers!

The size and layout of this post office is terrible. Aust Post need to look at changing the way they serve their customers. Separate your queues to make sending, picking up post, paying bills, getting a passport a fast a stress free process. Don't make people come to pick up missed packages on a Saturday between 9am-12noon. It's silly and makes no sense. This is a waste of your time and ours.

Went on Jun to return IPrimus box , lady took it from me without giving me the recite for it . They lost the box in process and Iprimus start to sending me the bill of 135 dollars for the router because they didn't receive it. Ofcource I refused to pay it because I call them aand said to t them to contact Post Office but no they refused to do that. I don't have time to chase what happened in between post and transport. Now IPrimus is send it to collectors(Probe). Ir made so upset that I actually took and pay it. Guys warring you everything you do ask for written proof because you will be hit by your pocket. So disappointed on Sandra from Kwinana Post Office she cost me money and my nerves. Shame on you .

here on a Saturday and the line is out the door, at least 30 people waiting. appreciate you're a small store so you can only do so much, but maybe if you were open later than 12.30 it wouldn't be such a problem. it's pretty ridiculous to only be open 3.5hrs on the only day most people have free.

Agree with the other comments here, the queue is always out the door! The staff there seem pretty uninterested in doing the job and whoever looks after parcel delivery often doesn't attempt delivery. I have been home and still received the red slip in the mailbox which means I have to waste time lining up usually on a Saturday morning. Other couriers have managed delivery without any issues.

What a surprise 1.6! If there was an option for 0 Stars... Without question the worst service I've know EVER. My wife said "Maybe it's because of the people that go in there" (Notice she didn't disagree). I've seriously thought about not collecting mail and just lose it other than having to pick it up from "there". I seriously have not had one good interaction, all staff are stone faced, lack any care and i actually feel like they are trying to be apathetic. What it boils down to as always is bad management, or lack of any. Post Script. Just been back in, same story. Consistently bad service.

Horriable service. Took our 3months old for passport photo and their behaviour (specially the senior staff) was too rude. We ended up leaving as soon as we could. Sorry to say but they made us feel so low in front of other people. We do not expect this type of service in Australia 😞

Usually pretty average service but its the only one in kwinana so what can you do. Hit a new low the other day when i came in and was served by the singing staff member(Chris i believe her name was) she was helpful enough even if its highly unprofessional to sing whilst a customer is speaking to you. Anyway I also required my statutory declaration signing, so I enquired whether the manager was available to witness my stat dec, out comes the "manager", scruffiest looking manager, as though Im a real inconvenience to her. I ask her to witness my stat dec and she tells me she cant because she's not the manager, confused i apologised and said okay I'll wait to the side for the manager, assuming she'd come out to help serve the queue of other customers. Jemma then says no I am the manager, so I make the point of saying so youre the manager, youre being paid to be the manager, your hr or whoever makes such decisions thinks you can be a manager but you yourself do not view yourself as a manager and wont sign stat decs. At this point she refers me to the next nearest aus post store (20+ minute drive) and yawns as she returns probably to sleep some more out in her office as the rest of the queue of customers is ignored by this sorry excuse for a "manager".

Worst service I've ever had. The ladies were rude, had music playing, more interested in singing and acting like children then serving me. Only reason I was in there was to pick up a delivery that the carrier didn't even ring my door bell. Plus nearly two weeks to get registered mail from Sydney to Perth. Australia Post has become a nightmare.

It seems that management could get together and find some solutions to this. Apparently this is quite the norm but it would not be tolarated in the eastern states or even in that little country/alcave NZ.
