👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾Worst LPO 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Never get parcels; only ever “collect from LPO” cards in the mailbox despite having someone who works from home- delivery drivers just never knock. Post office obviously only ever open during regular work hours like all LPOs which is when I am also at work so very hard to collect parcels. On three separate occasions, I’ve gone in to collect a parcel before the “collect by” date on the card but they have ALL been returned to sender. Each time, I’ve had to go through the rigmarole of the call centre or submitting online forms etc but never been compensated for missing or non refundable items nor has it been affordable/ feasible to reorder (because why trust AUSPOST). Only saving grace is that the staff at the moment were professional, apologetic and as helpful as their positions could allow.

Staff - can be a little standoffish at times, but I feel that’s also to do with the clientele they have to deal with. Location - right in the thick of it all so that’s good, short walk from home and right next to the shops. Shopability - decent range of post office goodies, would recommend. Delivery drivers - here is where we lose a star. One driver is fantastic and I appreciate his work deeply, another is not so bueno. He doesn’t knock and half the time doesn’t leave a collection slip. Hope this helps anyone!

May be you know what you are doing for the last 25 years, but that does not mean what you have been doing is right throughout your 25 years. If you don't like listen or take up advise from your customers, just because you think you know it's all, that's fine. But arguing back with your customer, I am afraid you are in the wrong industries since day one of your life.

When it comes to this LPO, I do not understand why picking up a parcel would be so difficult and stressful. Also cannot believe this LPO would get 2.8 stars. I was glad I've moved to another suburb and never had to deal with this LPO again. But guess what, I've forgotten to change the delivery address of one of my subscriptions! So I had to pick-up an order from Pascoe Vale South LPO for the last time (hopefully). My experience with the lady was terrible- she has no respect, she is very rude and no customer service training or whatsoever. The lady won't give my parcel due to the small difference between the actual address on my IDs and the postal address in the delivery receipts. I have proven that I was the person receiving the parcel by providing them with the delivery notice, my driver's license and the delivery receipt with my name on it. She asked me that I needed to call the company I and tell them to inform her that I was the one who ordered that parcel. Took me 3 to 4 tries pleading my case with the lady. In the end- I got my parcel and she told me - "Okay, you can go now". - well I was just glad to.

I avoid negative reviews under normal circumstances but I felt an obligation to rant. I unfortunately can't not go here, my post gets routed here. They would never see my ugly mug if I had a chocie. The process of picking up a package is ridiculous and unnecessary. The staff/(most likely owners) are very rude and inpatient and even when wrong act bombastic and arrogant. 10/10 worst post office in Vic!

I have filled out so many complaint forms with Australia post about this post office and their services before that I’ve lost counts. Now after a year of letting australia post know about what an absolute scam this post office is time to leave a google review. Their service, attitude , way they handle issues is so problematic. There is one particular post delivery person who does not knock on the door to hand over my marcels and every single time they take it to this post office. It’s a pattern and repetitive. This office is 15min drive from my address when there are two more closer offices near my address. There is a pattern there!!!! Anyone else who reads this and know what I am talking about please leave a review. Maybe and only maybe this way Australia post would look at their performance.

Just did some printings today and the lady in counter is so rude. She already did the printings then later she said the file is too large and it didn't print the full document. Shouldn't she say before or atleast a sorry or tell me that nicely. But no paying for useless service and useless staffs.

I think that apply on regular customer who pay their bill there. Check your computer before tell me is my parcel with you or not!! I received an email and text message a day before i go to the post office.

Went to collect a parcel today (Sat 28/9) as I can't get there during business hours on any other day and they're closed!!! Australia Post website doesn't say anything about this and yesterday was a public holiday but today isn't, so normal trading hours are supposed to apply. Surely the whole point of Saturday trading is to be available for people that cannot get there Mon-Fri and are not home for parcels Mon-Fri. I do not want to wait another whole week to get my parcel!

Terrible customer service, asking for clarifications on why my parcel didn’t arrive while I’ve received a pick up note in my mail was considered abuse by the younger lady in service, kept going on a rant and asked me to leave the shop or she will call the police, it was a real surprise really, definitely not triggered by the conversation which makes me think if there’s a mental issue involved. Overall, a terrible experience, in contact with Aus Post now to try and avoid picking up any parcels from there.

Zero customer service. When I did collect my two packages, I was given one that was our neighbours down the street. Had to requeue to give it back and swap for my correct second package. The gentleman seemed to struggle to locate it, and when offered the tracking number he said, if I needed it, I would ask for it!

This was my local LPO for 2+ years. The best thing is its opening hours, 8am-6pm weekdays and Saturday mornings too. Most of the time it was possible to make it before or after work, unlike many other LPOs at 9-5. The manager could be friendly at times, as were the staff. The main problem was really poor customer service; I would say the average wait time was 10-15mins anytime of say, but especially towards the evenings. A couple of time the line would be out the door while the old Asian lady talked on her mobile or chatted to her friends there, ridiculous and oblivious to the sheer amount of people waiting. Also I lived in apartments nearby and many, many times, my online deliveries weren't delivered nor calling cards left from this LPO. They would get defensive about it and do nothing to help, actually blaming customers at times. Their mail sorting system was also crazy; saying they couldn't search for items not delivered by their own staff and saying they would only look if there was a tracking no (not always supplied w/ eBay orders, etc). Finally, once they couldn't do a simple ID verification for rail industry card, even though i cost me $60 for their time and instructions were right there. Was there 45mins again while the queue stretched out the door. Lots of room for improvements!

Disgusting customer service. Waited 15minutes in line with my 5 year old who has customer service. Dispite my little boy crying with a fever, when it came to my turn the man put us in the next line while he served the only two customers behind us who were also there for parcel collection. As though I was being punished for having a crying little boy. I then gave him my ticket and showed him ID on my phone of my passport and my drivers license. He didn’t except digital copies dispite the fact that I had called earlier in the week to let them know I had lost my wallet and I only had digital copies of my ID. He was extremely rude and I felt like I was being told off. Massive power tripper, pathetic little man.

The guy who works there is soo unbelievably rude. I came back from a visit to Auckland for my grandmothers funeral and I had a few packages to collect. I was so grief stricken and confused about my package collection and instead of being nice he was so rude and inconsiderate, basically just forced my stuff on me and didn't even give me a chance to speak before walking away. I go out of my way to avoid this post office and everyone else should too.
