Customer service is bad. There are some friendly staffs, however, one young lady with curly hair is very rude to customer. She rejected to listen to customer and ask me step aside. Even thought I have advised her what the back office of Aust Post has advised me to fix my issue and they asked me to pass the info back to staff at Carindale post office. And the staff refused to listen and rejected to call customer service landline to verify. Very rude!!!

Amazing service by the staff. I came in with the passport query and they were incredible accomodating and helpful. Especially the lady by the name of Leanne. She took my photo and assured me that the "process works" and that I'll have my passport in time. Well done, never felt more confident after leaving a place of business. This level of professionalism and dedication we don't see very often any more.

Ladies are super helpful and friendly. I am certain that their queues would be shorter of deliveries were better which they have no control over. A lot of queueing is for parcels that could have easily been delivered where people are actually at home. I have had 3 of these!

Only two staff serving and both of these were processing 8 passports. The remaining clients just had to wait excessively long periods. Some left and others waited. No apology when eventually was attended to. I will never go to this Post Office again.

Came in to send a (Anniversary) card out, I used Express post envelope. The lady on the counter was very rude pushing me to tell her what EXACTLY is in the envelope. Shocked as this was the first time an Aust post employee asked me specifics on what I was sending. I uncomfortably and hesitantly told her it's a card and she said I'm only allowed to use express post envelope for specific DOCUMENTS ONLY. I always use Australia post and this was the first time I was told of this. In fact, it was an Aust post employee at another local branch who even suggested that I can use the Express envelope for greeting cards so I'm not sure why this place is gatekeeping people from sending items out.

Very poor service - lady angrily & rudely refused to do my son's Commonwealth bank transaction & told him & others not to come back as too busy to do any banking (all he was doing was withdrawing money from his account) - contacted bank & was told they must honour contract as a 'sub branch' & had no right to refuse customers. Alienating customers (especially those living in nearby assisted accommodation) Told by bank if they continue to act like this to put in a formal complaint. They (she) should formally apologize for her behaviour as everyone was being patient & polite except this lady.

Went to apply for a TFN for my son and daughter was told to do it online and get a barcode for them to do it.. went and did what was advised came back and was told that my JP Certifed copies of birth certificates where not acceptable for them to proceed and they want to see original certificates. Even though the ATO states on there site that is what they require and can be used.. as you can’t send original certificates with the application.. Auspost please up date these workers in proper procedures that line up with what ATO requested.

I feel so sorry for the two regular ladies who are always at the counter working hard, whilst you can hear voices in the back. The biggest issue with this post office, and the fact that no matter what time of day you go is, they do not have enough staff. The line is always out the door, meanwhile you can see the manager walking behind these two struggling ladies who try to help everyone as fast as they can. Here is an idea... why dont you jump on a computer too, to assist your colleagues?? Do everyone a favour before the christmas rush starts and hire more staff members!!!!!! I often travel all then way to Cannon Hill or Mt Gravatt where they have more than 2 staff members working.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy store, convenient location. The staff, and especially Lauren the manager make sure to help every customer, that they use the correct service, and sometimes they find a cheaper option for their customers. Service is always done with a smile, and they know many of their customers by name. The store also does banking and passports, and so the occasional queue does form. The trade off is, when you need help from the Carindale team, you know you're in good hands.

Staff were not accepting envelopes of cards in them and wouldn't let me pay for a stamp for the bulge the envelopes had even though it was under the limit. Wouldn't recommend this Post Office for hobby related goods as they seem to scam customers into paying more postage for them.

How one post office can be so incompetent is astounding. From losing people's mail, to re-directing the wrong person's mail interstate and having to have it chased up, to the rude manager who admits she doesn't appropriately manager her staff before hanging up to deal with problems in-store - it is just a joke. It seems to have got significantly worse since they had people break their post boxes and left everyone's mail at risk - they say they've fixed the problem - but it wouldn't be a big shock to know that was an inside job.

Passport service and advice is terrible. Weekend attendant does not understand requirements, gives incomplete and wrong advice and has a poor customer service attitude. Extremely frustrating experience. Went to Mountain View instead. They were fantastic.

Went there to pick up a parcel with the note left by the postie. Our mail usually goes to the Carina post office so we found it odd that the note directed us to pick it up from Carindale. When we arrived, there was a long queue and only two people behind the counter. After a lengthy wait we were attended to by "Theresa" who after checking out the back said she can't find it. After looking at the system, she proceeded to tell us that the postie left an incorrect note and the parcel is actually at the Carina post office. This obviously made us upset but what made us even more upset is Theresa didnt even bother to apologise to us and rudely turned around after telling us where it is. What an appalling service!
