People I pick up the mail from are always lovely and prompt. But screw delivery, seriously, if I had a penny for every time I was waiting at home for the package and NEVER GOT A CALL and had my package redirected for NO REASON. Today was really the last straw considering I was HOME ALL DAY isolating with COVID and really needed my item. I waited all day, not a single call and then a notification that delivery was attempted at 1pm (while I was eating lunch at home) and that my item had been sent to Mount Waverly. Since I'll be sick and isolating for longer how will I get what I really need now?!

Lucelle that works here needs to learn how to not be harsh to the new trainee staff and is quite rude. Obviously the trainee is meant to be learning, but there she is having a go at them in front of customers. Poor behaviour right there. Vivian on the other hand is extremely sweet and the type of person you'd want dealing with you.

Our local parcel delivery driver has almost become a family friend he is here so often. He's brillant. Also I picked up a parcel today from the notting hill ctre. Communication was top notch. The parcel contained expensive wine and I was anxious about it as I was overseas when it was sent to me. Picked it up today no problems and the staff was very friendly. Thanks.

I had ordered something from THE ICONIC which was to be delivered by AusPost And was supposed to recurve it via Express Delivery which was due on 1-Dec 2022 So when I was checking the app for my order status , it says that my order is being sent back to the sender coz ā€œattempted delivery - receiver not known at addressā€ What I feel is either the delivery driver is lying , or Auspost is messing around Because I was at home the whole day just to receive this parcel. And how does it still say that it was an attempted delivery coz the postie didnā€™t knock the door nor did ring the bell or gave a call On arrival This is pure negligence , very very poor service

Aupost is a trash.The driver never attemp to deliver just throw it to the office and make you collect it yourself! I will never use it if I have another choice! The office is open during the day on weekdays and I have to work on weekdays. I can never pick up my parcel forever!!!!!!

Note: This is not about the Business Center itself. The service is fine whenever I have to pick something up. It's about AusPost drivers not knocking or ringing the bell for deliveries. Multiple times I was at home waiting for delivery and always ended up receiving a note to pick up myself. Drivers never bother knocking. Today I heard the driver walked up to my front porch while I was inside. Ran to the door only to find the pickup note and the AusPost van driving away. If only the delivery was as fast as drivers sprinting back to their van. What am I paying for then? It's also unfair to the businesses who no doubt have had to deal with delivery complaints because of this.

Lost the second package of a delivery. They do not inform you that it is lost until you have to follow it up extensively. The first half came fine, after a week of waiting for the second part, I reached out to AusPost and was told to sit tight. Had a driver rock up today and tell me it was lost. Live chat rep said that it had a damaged label but should've been delivered, and then another rep said that it was delivered to the wrong address and now I'll have to contact the seller for a replacement. It seems it's the recipients responsibility to follow up these missing packages and they don't bother to let you know of any investigation updates unless you enquire. They make sure to waste as much of your time as possible. Update: Have just been informed that now I need to wait for a rep to confirm that the package is lost even though I've just been told they've known this to be the case since the delivery of the first package. So now I have to wait an additional 15 days for AusPost to do that before the replacement unit can even be issued by the seller, and then wait for AusPost to take their sweet time sending the replacement. Keeping in mind the possibility they might lose another huge box with $800 contents again. What a joke.

Seems like the Mount Waverley depot is the only place affected by covid. 4 parcels all delayed. I would love to know why this only happens when my parcels go through your depot? When they go through oakleigh they ALWAYS arrive on time!

The number of packages that I have had to pick up from here - despite someone having always been home AND there being an Australia Post a short 10 minute walk from my house - is ridiculous. Actual place is fine, Aus Post just needs to actually deliver instead of making me pay to pick up!

Just awful! I've had three horrible experiences in just a month! Yesterday I was waiting and listening for my parcel! I even left a note on my door explaining the door bell was broken and that I was home and to please knock! Heard nothing! Card left no package- I can't drive so I can't get to the post office to get my parcel during business hours- the whole reason I required postage in the first place! Aus post has also lost a package of mine from early December that I am still waiting to hear about. Also mentioning the express postage I paid for my custom christmas card orders in late november that I had to wait 2 weeks to get because they also lost it???? (Sent from the same state!) Appalling. Pick up your act Auspost, this is disgusting. You expect us to pay more than ever and your service is worse than ever! Burned once mistakes happen- burned 3 times within a month? Are you kidding me?

Would be no stars if possible. We just moved to the area. Last sorting facility (Bayswater) were amazing. Never had any issues, postie always rang the doorbell for parcels. I think we had one damaged item in three years (which was damaged during overseas transit) and our postie apologised, said he had taken notes and if the item inside was damaged then let him know. New sorting facility - within 3 months I have had 5 badly damaged parcels (see pictured three of the five) delivery guy never rings the doorbell (so we have no clue when a parcel has been delivered). I have tried calling to get this sorted out (find out why so many items are so badly damaged and why the postie isnt ringing the doorbell) but they never answer. I always leave a message and in 3 months I have never had a call back. If you can, avoid this sorting facility!

I don't understand why there's a 1.8 star rating for this place, because I've never had an issue. I think there was one time I had a parcel delivered damaged and a bit of the spine of a book was damaged because of it. But it was still readable. As I was saying. Delivery is relatively quick. If nobody is home, I always get a notification and come down to the warehouse. The hours to pick up your package are fine, and the window to pick it up is generous. If you're on holiday then they will extend it. The staff are quick and friendly and I've always managed to pick up anything from Both sized boxes to book sized. Great job folks!

The middle aged (Asian looking?) woman (I suppose that's who others here are referring to as "Susie"). She tried to make me pay more each time, and was telling me authoritatively that I should pay for a parcel post cost even though I'm sending a letter in a padded envelope. She then fluffed the envelop by pushing the ends against each other, and then tried to show that it won't go through guide slot for the envelope. Now if she didn't do that "fluffing", it would easily have gone through. This is in spite of one of her colleagues in the adjacent counter clearly stating to me that it looks alright to them to be a registered letter, but not to Susie. She knows better than everyone else. The other gentleman was nodding his head, which clearly showed Susie does this cheating with most customers. She's also extremely rude and generally unpleasant. A disgraceful woman. Won't go here again because I wish not to see this woman's face.

More often then not, they make no attempt to deliver. They just run up and leave the pick-up slip. I've seen them seen them do this at my house several times. How obnoxious. It's not easy for some people to make it to the pick-up location. Oh yeah... And if you mention it when you puck up your package, even pleasantly, some of the guys get overly angry and nasty.

I received a call from a James regarding a parcel, I called back and Kevin (south African accent) answered. The moment I spoke to him he was giving me attitude for no reason as I was trying to figure out where my 7 weeks delayed parcel was? He went on saying it was my fault because the address was wrong; where in fact he was wrong, I wrote the right address. Kevin has very poor customer service!! Need a sack tbh! I was at this branch this morning and this is not the 1st time that I felt terrible with the service. I do not want to expose this particular staff name, but again it is such a shame that she cannot be kind to customers even for a small job. I really wanted to say to her that if she does not want to work, just stay at home and do not ruin other people's day as well as her own. I do see small number of people who left the review here still find this branch not too bad. However, I think their experience likely depends on which staff they had. I would like to advise anyone who is considering to visit this branch - If you must go here as it is closest one and you do not have enough time to use another branch, then visit here but better to be prepared to face one of worst attitudes you could ever experience from dome of the staff members. I have been to number of Auspost branches, but I do think that the head office must take some action to this branch for quality control.

Got here just before closing. Apparently closing time means that they walk out the door literally on the dot so unless you're here before they pack up, you're not going to be served. Staff could see myself and another person waiting at counter, didn't even have the courtesy to walk over and tell us they were closed. Whatever happened to just being a decent person and saying, sorry we're closed?!
