From Victoria sent registered post to Perth over two weeks ago and tracking doesn't say where it is. Rang Auspost and was told they didn't know where it is. I was told to ring again in a week and if it hasn't arrived by then, ring back another week after that. If this doesn't arrive to the destination I've sent it to, I will be out of pocket just under $100.

I've had lots of bad experiences with aupost, my tracking says its arrived at the dandenong sorting facility and I don't understand why they can't have their phones answered by an actual person and not by a robot which they are not very helpful in these kinds of situations

Wow these reviews don’t lie. I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday via express post it’s been sitting here since 2.30am yesterday. I have a very special event tomorrow. Called numerous times how bloody hard is it to get it delivered today. Will be lodging a complaint for a full Refund as I don’t need the parcel anymore if not delivered EOD today!!!!

If I could give you 0 stars I would, everything from the customer service down to your IVR setup is a complete shambles and is surviving purely on a lifeline. The operators all have a peanut of knowledge and sounds like they got 3 minutes training for their role.

This is one of the worst place of post. Everytime parcel come to this place will be delay for more than 10 days. I have 4 parcels stuck there without any update for 10 days. Call the services centre is completey useless cause they saying they don’t know. They just take note for future improvement and getting worse and worse.

My parcel was delivered to this depot and they let someone random pick up my parcel with no ID. They didn’t confirm the address and just used the auspost pick up card from letterbox picked up my parcel which he must’ve stole! All the lady said was it has been picked up. How could they just let someone pick up my parcel without ID?!?!?!!!? Now I have to launch an investigation when I needed this parcel urgent this weekend. I should’ve just done a click and collect, I would’ve saved money on the delivery cost and I would’ve gotten it for the weekend.

I sent a parcel to a buyer in Thomastown & it went to Dandenong south P.O & I rang them to find out where my parcel is & they told me that supposedly the item went to Thomastown & did a loop & ended up back at Dandenong South P.O. I posted the parcel on the 1st of Dec 2021 & the buyer still hasn't received it. Beware of this P.O Something is clearly wrong about the P.O. I didn't even want to leave them a rating star but it wouldn't let me continue until I left something. Wrong or what!!!!

Every other Australian Post facility in Melbourne seem to be able to process parcels quicker & move them onto the next facility with COVID but this place, parcel sit here well over a week & then you get an email saying to wait another week. I sent a parcel to my Son for his hospital stay, he lives in metro and I’m in regional so he couldn’t buy anything he needed (due to lockdown in metro) whereas I could. It was sent express post on 13/09/2021 it’s is now 14/10/2021 and there is no sign of the parcel. I have emailed enquiry after enquiry and auspost just keep replying with a generic email. They don’t take phone calls so no one to talk to. So upset and angry 😡 I’m not a rich person, the items I sent cost a lot.

Never lodge a parcel here from the counter. Parcel stuck there for long time before they are send to the next processing center. They do not even care about Express parcels which never process the same day they receive it. Australia Post is becoming useless each day. Becoming inefficient each day.

I frequent this location daily for PO Box collection. The ladies are are just wonderful they always go above and beyond to help with some of the more tricky items and a pleasure to deal with. Very busy site so wait times can be a little longer its also a business hub very different to a typical post office.

Did not accepted ICAO approved photo for my passport application by saying either photo is too large or not in right position and likely to get rejected BS. Took the same photo to other post office, accepted straight away & passport is granted :) Good luck if u want to take your own photo to this Post office
