Disappointing to see a parcel arrive in a sorting facility on the 12/12/2022 and not move for a week, when I followed up I was advised they would only action if my parcel was not received by 06/01/2023. Note: I live an hour from this sorting facility. Very confusing that a paying customer receives zero empathy and a dismissive 'we cant help you any further at this time'. Not sure I know any other businesses that could treat customers this way, however we don't have any other options when it comes to postage so it is clear why their follow up customer service is not a priority.
