If your parcel travels through here, good luck. This is the place where parcels go to die. Any parcel of mine that gets sent to this centre will inevitably be delayed. They must have 1 poor person sorting out all of the area's parcels on their own.

Worst deliver service ever, 9 out of ten parcels gives me lots of trouble and that require me to do lots of calls to get my parcels. Some times I think the delivery driver must hate me?

Getting multiple parcels from this depo delivered to Elizabeth Park area, the lady always drops it at our front door so we can't open the door so we have to climb our own fence to get out the front of our house. This has happened 3 times in the last fortnight.

Got a parcel delivery card in the letterbox. Said to go to Salisbury South Business hun after 4pm on 25/2. Went there at 9am 26/2. Guess what? The parcel wasn't there - it was at the North depot! So some slacker didn't do their job properly. So I told since I did the right thing and wasted my time, they now need to go out of *their* way and deliver it to me on Sat morning. Yep she said, will do. Guess what? Nothing delivered Sat morning. This business is hopeless for customer service. Abolutely hopeless.
