Absolutely rude and unhelpful staff. Also, won't process acceptable electronic Medicare card for 100 points ID check. I have never been issued a physical copy of this Medicare card and have never had any issues using the electronic card the same way as a physical card. I just came back from another post office who were happy to accept the electronic card. Again can't stipulate enough how rude, unhelpful and misinformed the staff are at this branch.

430pm This afternoon while driving through Woolloongabba I started to feel chest pains and dizziness. To avoid a accident I pulled into a only available spot available and it was a postal destination area. Yes I was in the wrong but this was a emergency. What happened next really sadden me. This Australian post delivery man blocked my car with his van and proceeded to attack me physically and verbally. I was threatened and scared. Not once did he let me to explain why I was parked there or nor did he asked maybe do I need a ambulance. What about some human compassion Australian post and stop jumping to conclusions. Shame on you! Stop using bully tactics, he is not a police officer even if I am in the wrong he has no right to attack someone like this. And you have this type of person working for you! Great one Australian Post, Woolloonbgabba!

Really bad experience with a passport photo here. Prior to getting the photo taken I explained what country I needed it for and the lady and I checked the country requirements. She said if I had any issues I could return and she would retake the photo, no problem. The photo failed due to poor lighting. I returned and explained it failed for poor lighting, she proceeded to complain about me not telling her about the dimensions. She retook the photo and was still complaining about having to retake it (it took about 2 minutes) and was still talking about dimensions and that I should of told her the country requirements. Finally she listened to me about the lighting and proceeded to tell me they can't meet the basic lighting requirements and issued me a refund. I'm amazed that what should of been a 2-3 minute interaction turned in to 10 minutes due to her terrible attitude and poor customer service.

RUDE STAFF! Probably the owner as well. Same with every other reviews, the Asian lady got mad at me for coming in 'late' to lodge my passport- I was there 20min before close. She needs to understand that people are rushing in after 4pm because they don't have any other time to go to auspost, considering that they're not opened on weekends. I literally ran out of the office the second my shift finished and drove there only because it's the closest post office. Does she wants people to take leave from work just to visit the post office??? Never visiting again :)

The lady at Tuesday around 12.30 pm was rude. I was just walking toward the counter after waited patiently in the line and suddenly she told me not to come in front of her unless she call me (I was well aware she was tried to finish the parcel from the previous customer therefore I didn’t say anything and waited her to finish it, but she should’ve not said that, if I was the customer service lady I would have said “please wait”). Other than that, she also blamed me for putting incorrect address on the package which after I checked the address was 100% correct. Not even saying “I am sorry” after blatantly blaming customer for mistakes that clearly I didn’t do. Please train this lady to serve customers better.

Honestly, this was not a good experience. I understand I came in at a later time (4pm) and wanted to apply for passport which may have been during a busier period. I showed the asian lady my photo for my passport application and she said it was too small. This isn’t true as it was printed to the exact print measurements and my chin to crown was more than 32mm. I think she just didn’t want to serve me because it was the busier period, she told me that I should try again tomorrow and come back in the morning. But some people can’t come to the post office in the morning because of work or university commitments.. Edit: I went to another post office with the same photo and he accepted it

Rude service! My package ended up in the post office and not in my locker. When I went to pick it up, the lady who handed it over was so rude. She rudely told me my package came to the wrong place and when I tried to explain, she wouldn't even hear it. She did this loudly in front of many customers behind me! I thought customer service is part of staff training?

At least she can’t be polite, but no she have to show her attitude to all the customers. I’m never coming there again. I have seen so many bad reviews of this place, still I use to go there sometimes but today I saw what’s really going on there.

I had a very good experience at this office today. The ladies were very nice, friendly and cheerful. Took the time to explained me the process and took the time to tell me the prices. Then I was able to take a picture of my parcel. Very nice. Good experience. Can't understand the actual reviews.

This has been my local post office for a year now and I have always found the staff are incredibly kind, gentle and helpful. My partner and I both work during the day so we often miss deliveries, but the staff quickly got to know us and now (without us asking) send both my partner and I a text message each if either of us has a parcel at the post office, which is incredibly helpful for whichever of us finishes work first that day. They always recognise me when I come in, and whenever I have sent parcels they consistently do their best to help me choose the best postage options. To top it all off, there is always a great selection of locally made merchandise and gluten free/dairy free treats for sale.

Absolutely love dealing with the ladies at Woolloongabba Post Office. Whenever a package has ended up back at the post office, Irene texts me within an hour to let me know it is there for pick up. On top of this, she lets me know when my roommate has packages waiting (serial online shopper, so there’s always something there when I have a package!). We’re both very grateful! Thanks Irene!

I have not been to this post office since COVID 19 lock down. The Post Office has put restrictions of maximum of 4 customers allowed which I feel is inconvenient for me. However, the shop assistant wear protection gear (mask) on and have hand sanitizer at entry door for customer to use. This made me feel they care for their customers health and well-being. I am very happy they are caring their customers during this difficult time and continue their good customer service.

Absolutely horrible service. I've been here a few time and there is always this one grumpy lady that speaks very rudely and sharply. This is not the way to go about any customer service. She seems very unhappy with her job and is spreading negativity to everyone else. Collecting parcels is something to be excited about but this staff lady definitely dampens my mood as she is always so annoyed and keeps sighing throughout the collection process. After showing my ID card she even snapped at me a few times to raise it up higher, even though I've put it clearly in front of her. I've made a complain for her obnoxious behaviour. Someone like her, with zero sense of politeness, should never be in the customer service line.
