Would strongly suggest getting your parcels sent else where for pickup. There is always a queue that runs outside the door here. It is not clear why, but simple service seems to progress at one person per 10 mins

Went to purchase an envelope at 4.15pm, there was a line snaking along nearly to the door entry with only 2 people serving. After 10min and moving the line by 2, I wasn’t prepared to wait (with 10 people ahead of me) I calculated having to wait another 30min. How difficult is it to employ more staff at peak time or just close the doors…it couldn’t be any more inconvenient that waiting for 40min. Suggestion, Put up a sign, “like Dr’s surgery, no concept of time management”

I visit this post office 2-3 times a week for our business affairs and have never had a bad experience. In fact this lovely team led by Kim go above and beyond to help customers out. So patient and helpful. Highly recommend the South Fremantle store.

I called 10times over 2 hours and the line was always busy. I finally got through and started asking my inquiry, and then she straight away put me on a hold to 'serve other customers', kept me there for 48min until I arrived to the post office. There was no customer. She excused herself saying there were customers all these times and the last one just left. No wonder why the line is always busy and never gets through. Worst service.

A delightful place to conduct my business. With so many local and overseas articles (and sometimes heavy) to be sent every month and with ample parking right in front of the post office, this is such a convenient location. The staff are ever so helpful.

Unlike corporate post offices who have dedicated staff just to answer the phone, the staff here pick up the phone as soon as they can while serving customers. I frequent this Post Office often and found their services to be prompt and courteous.
