Absolutely terrible!stood. Stood for over half an hour in line to be told they couldn’t find it! Took my number but no call today. So now I have to go back AGAIN when it’s found to collect, it’s a hassle as I don’t drive. I received an email saying it arrived but they don’t have it???? SO annoying. The systems at the centre need reviewing as Monday staff had NO clue where Friday staff had put parcels. Bad customer service.

I went to the Port Melbourne Depot and spoke to a man called Geoff Dunn. I just want to say that Geoff spent a lot of time looking for my parcel which apparently the reason there was a problem in the delivery was because there was NO number on the address, but Geoff, like I said, spent a lot of time looking for my parcel to which in the end actually found it, and I can’t tell you how excited I felt when he called me up to tell me, (after I had gone home) that he found it. I just wanted to say that Geoff is a guy that you should value as an employee in your company, because what I saw was a guy that goes above and beyond his duty to do what he can for his customers in such a friendly and professional way. Thank you and I give Geoff and the Depot a 5 STAR.... Cheers Neil...

My parcel was returned overseas to the shipping company without me knowing, as I was expecting two to three months of wait. I didn’t receive any email, text message, or notification card from the post. The more frustrating part is that they didn’t deliver my parcel at all, because I was just at home those days. After talking to my friends, they pretty much experienced the same situation where nobody from this place would deliver their parcel. It’s extremely disappointing. Worst case scenario I have to repay my shipping fee if AusPost will not take any responsibility.

Drivers dont bother to check the street name when they deliver parcels. They regularly deliver incorrect parcels to my house with the same number even though the correct street is on the other side of my suburb. Ive had to drive to other peoples houses to drop their parcels back to them.

Had to drop off a vanload of parcels due to some of the disruptions and complications a the moment with COVID. The team were super friendly and helpful with a great demeanor and attitude. Just wanted to say thank you, and keep it up. There's a lot of 1 star reviews out there that are talking about the whole network and their own personal delayed parcels, but that doesn't reflect my experience at the business hub.

Then after 4pm I get a message to say that delivery had failed and I would need to collect from Australia post next week! It’s become normal to lie to their customers! Astounded at the poor service. You say you are open on a Saturday, but its only for pick up. Its meant to be a business centre, what a joke. Staff would not take packages that had been prepaid express post, saying 'they could not take responsibility for the parcels and you should come back on Monday'. You are Australia Post, you take parcels and responsibility for getting them to the addressee. I support Aus Post cause you Australian. NOT ANY MORE

In the afternoon i got a notification: "Attempted delivery: unable to gain access". Very frustrating. I paid a premium for this delivery too! Second time this has happened for me now.

These Post Office workers are efficient, personable and very, very reliable. I have been using this PO for many years and always have an exceptional experience. I recommend this PO as an exceptional service provider that fits all the categories of reliability, cleanliness, trustworthiness and responsive to all demands. I have completed documentation (passport, ATO documentation) and parcel delivery/pick-up ... they are always exceptional.

This is the location they send every package to when the mail people can’t be stuffed to actually deliver something. Even if the original delivery address is NOWHERE NEAR IT. Then they say they can’t POSSIBLY send the mail to a closer location. For.. reasons.. This auspost location is sometimes further away from me than the location I order from. It’s pure insanity. These people need to seriously rethink how they operate.

I wish I could give zero stars. Zero attempt at delivery despite the fact that 1. It was in the next suburb 2. I was home with the front door open the entire day 3. with no attempted delivery, no card left for me to pick up the parcel and last but not least, the parcel didn't even require a signature. Incredibly frustrating and unbelievably horrible delivery drivers. They should NOT be employed. Now I will patiently wait for info about where my parcel has gone and where I am meant to be picking it up from (which I most likely will not receive). Pathetic.

Zero stars from me to Australia Post. I sat at home waiting for the delivery today. No one rang my house bell (no attempt at delivery ). I received a text a few minutes after he/she left. I went to the letter box and there was nothing in there. After checking the tracking I found that my parcel was down at Port Melbourne Hub. I had to go down on a 46 degree day to pick the parcel up!!!! I complained to the young girl at the hub and she empathized with me as she said that a number of people had said the same thing today. Was that because we having a hot day? đŸ„” No, it has happened too many times before when I have been waiting at home to receive the parcel. Australia Post get your act together!!đŸ€Ź

I get parcels often. Of course through au post as well. But everytime an item is delivered via at this Melbourne Facility, it is guaranteed that your parcel is delayed. Any other branches, I like them all, but this one.

Dont waste your time and money with Aust Post, use a courier company. It is no wonder that AP are loosing money, as there service is nothing but a joke

Lost my parcel and took months to run an investigation (that I had to chase up constantly) only to say I'm never getting it and perhaps it accidentally went back to the sender. So, YOU LOST IT! At some point should they take responsibility and ownership of the situation. Simple.

This is the 2nd time in a week they pretended that they attempted delivery. There was always someone at home during those 2 delivery days. But none of us heard the bell. The worst ever. I'm shocked with all the bad response from people here, yet they still don't solve this problem. What if the person is pregnant? Or disabled? Do they expect these people to pick the packages from their office? Whenever you can, try to find other courier. Updates: The same thing happened more than 5 times now. Maybe you need to train your employees on how to use the intercom of an apartment.

Unhelpful. Only open after you start work and closes by the time you have a chance to get here. You can't expect any helpful attitude from these guys. They seem more interested in dusting their hands off any responsibility of trying to even remotely attempt a solution. I would never use them if i had another Choice.

Tracking for my parcel says unable to leave in a safe location, I was home all day, have an intercom system that logs calls and attempted calls, and have 24 hour concierge service for parcel collection, I spoke with the concierge and they said no delivery person came by at the time the tracking says delivery was attempted. This happens far too often, extremely slack of the delivery driver and not the service we are paying for. To make it worse its not possible to speak with anyone from Australia post about this, the phone number just directs you to the website. Third world service.

If I wanted to pick my parcel up from somewhere I couldn't get to during business hours, I wouldn't have paid for delivery in the first place. The actual post office and collection depot is fine. Lovely people - always helpful and a great sense of spirit. And open late!! Pickup area could do with a second counter during peek. The "contracted" delivery services and 3rd party delivery is where it goes wrong. I've reviewed security footage of delivery people dropping off a slip with zero effort to ring our bell - and even worse, sometimes, there is no slip, no SMS, nothing until late "overdue" slip.

This is first the time, someone send parcel to me, and I never received it. The tracking said it was signed and delivered and I never got anything, and I waited for 2 days. The customer service is friendly, so i guess its the delivering guy. Again, I constantly receive mails that is not even the same suburb.
