Waiting for response as an Christmas present was processed through this depot and it's been delivered to the wrong address left in safe drop that wasnt my address. Have requested for the address it went to and nobody at Australia post can tell me. 'Safe drop' at wrong address and now who knows if or when my daughter will get her christmas gift. Seems to be a common occurrence- need to improve your tracking and staff ability to read maps and follow gps directions

It should be zero star. Delivery guy sent parcel to wrong post office. Last and many past parcels from both locals & overseas ended up being lost. Since tracking system clearly shows the delivery location, consumers are all watching in live now and see what is going wrong. Let's keep workers more competitive among themselves by developing more customer complaints.

It seems if you want fast mail send it to China first. 4 days from order to delivery from China. Sent a package from Spotswood to Abbotsford ,a massive distance of 12klm, 5 days and has still not arrived

Ordered something from eBay for my rabbit that I needed asap since he is coming back from surgery tommorow. All went well it approved through lots of post offices but they stopped the order and it was returned back to seller. Very disappointed my i won't have time to get another in time for my rabbit. Hopeless, do youself a favor and don't use this service.
