I had a bad experience at this post office where I was flatly told by the guy serving me that it was not possible to send my parcel as it exceeded 140cm in girth despite my insistence that the girth restriction applies to International parcels. He repeatedly said "it applies to domestic parcels too". He didn't even bother to check in their own system which would have proven him wrong. I was forced to take all of my parcels into the post office in town where they happily posted them for me. When the customer knows your products better than your staff, there's a problem. For anyone reading this, 0.25 cubic meters is the restriction on domestic parcels sent via Australia Post, and don't let the staff at this outlet try and tell you otherwise. What a total waste of my time.

Opens at 08 am, earlier than the other post franchisees in Bundaberg. Very convenient opening houra indeed, since not everyone is retired to start his life later in the day. The Service was alright, with the male customer attendant to be friendly, patient, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the female attendant was not friendly and not polite. Maybe she did not like me, but I will not speculate for the reasons here.

This Post Office has a fabulous range of unique gifts, you can find something for everyone here. My favourite items here are the range of LED lighting which include a beautiful butterfly mobile with multicoloured changing lights.
