the old lady was so rude. I was there to pick up my parcel and in line and she suddenly YELLED at me from the counter.. I didn't understand what she said because it was all of sudden. I went to counter where I can pick my parcel and she rudely said ''WE HAVE ONLY ONE SCANNER" The worst service ever. A gentleman who brought my percel was nice and polite. Hope not to go there again.

Received a parcel card to pick up between 7.30am - 6pm. I am here 7.40am and it's closed?! This may be an AusPost issue instead of this particular office if the cards are not tailored to specific trading hours. Lucky I am a morning person - this won't ruin my day. Not cool still.

Great service! Super convenient that they are open after 5pm (after work) and they helped send an express post package which arrived the next day as promised. Highly recommended!

It’s the worst post I’ve ever been to. The staff was very rude at all time. After I collected my parcel the status on the app changed to refund. Which I don’t understand at all. I lived in the north normally I wouldn’t come to this post. I don’t know what happened this time. I just wish I don’t need to come again. If you have a choice don’t come to this one!

UPDATE: I feel the new owners have somewhat found their feet. My last few visits have been met with friendly staff, though language barrier a small factor. ****** Ownership change as of Feb 2022. I miss the old crew & their dog. Ive been in twice since the change - I'll continue to go there for my tatts becaus it's so close but for anything I feel like it'd be easier to travel and find somewhere else.

RUDE - if you come here to pick up a parcel, be warned the wife (couple duo owners) make this process hard for you. I would recommend using other places in the community to avoid being spoken to with absolute disrespect and abuse. If you experience this, please report to Australia Post.

It was a good service HOWEVER, the proof of address is not necessary to get the item while you have your FORMAL ID & the card. Please consider the one who don't have address identifications e.g. student or just moving house to nearby ... For customer, If you unable to show your address in your ID, redirect the post office to other placr nearby Thanks.
