another great example of AUSPOST'S completely failure. Never ring a bell just and take all the parcel back to their office which is 20KM AWAY！ try to raise a compaint and the the following parcel just show “incorrect address” and sent back to sender. try to give no star. THE WORST OF WORST

It seems anytime I have a delivery that passes through Smeaton Grange, it gets held up by 3-5 business days. This includes express shipping items. It’s pretty frustrating and I have to hope that there is awareness of this issue at Auspost. What is being done to address the consistent delays at this facility?

The most useless management from an Aus post depot throughout Australia. So many places come through here yet they can't handle the work load and blame COVID, how about hiring more staff after the 10 Bil profit Aus post made last FY!!! Ah and don't raise a complaint that'll only make them delay your parcel longer out of spite. Tried and tested with the same delayed results once a complaint is lodged.

The best post office in all of western sydney. The ladies are overwhelmingly nice which is something you don’t get at all post offices. Very patient and are alway happy to help.

The Ladies at the front desk here provide a level of service that is second to none. I drive over 20 minutes just to have by business parcels sent from this Aust Post site. Some items are large golf bags and they couldn't be more helpful. Hope everyone here has a great Christmas

Terrible service getting messages saying my parcel is at narrellan and it will come today monday then it doesn't come get another message saying it will come tomorrow tuesday then it doesn't so get another message saying it will come Wednesday so i ring smeaten grange get told it will come Thursday. That is four days to get it when narrellan is one suburb away. UP DATE parcel came Wednesday afternoon

I tried to give you no stars but it wont let you post a review without at least one star. You don't even rate a star! I get several parcels a week delivered to my work address. When I say "delivered" I mean NOT!!! Over the past few weeks whoever is supposed to deliver them keeps on saying that they have "Attempted Delivery - Unable to gain access". My business address is open from 9am to 5pm and is easily accessible to the public. Apparently we have a gate he can't get through. In 20 years I've never seen a gate because there isn't one!!! Several complaints have not achieved anything at all. Two more parcels not delivered today!!!

What an absolute joke...230pm. You have a priority parcel sent directly to them so you won't miss them at home and they don't open till 230pm. The app even states at 830am parcel delivered and ready for pick up.

Not helpful to me personally as I was unable to pay my bill using cash as they are cashless. Seems illogical to have a facility that is conveniently open extended hours, making it great for me to access, but as a cashless facility, therefore rendering it useless to me.

Terrible service Ordered stools online which were shipped via Australia Post. Contacted Australia Post as only 1 out of 2 boxes arrived. They told me I would have to come collect the 2nd boxes from there business hub as the box was missed. How is it the customers fault that you missed the second box?
