I go here regularly and every time the staff are so friendly, polite and patient ! They remember their regulars well and always smile. I appreciate their patience as it really is a small establishment and I often have a fair amount to do, as do many other patrons. I much prefer going here over the one in town honestly. Never had a bad experience and everything always goes smoothly at the counter.

What a rip off, charged parcel rate of $9.70 from NSW to sa for smallest padded envelope with usb inside… I returned the same only from sa in a disc box and cost was just $4!!!…someone needs to know what they are doing . How can there be so many different prices for the same item 😡

Have given us 3 different prices for PO box so we've never invested in one. We make a point of following tracking when we have parcels delivered so as not to inconvenience them. Every time we go there they have no idea where our parcels are. They have to look in about 3 different places. Sometimes get told it's not there when it is. Today was icing on cake. They returned a parcel to sender 50 minutes after it arrived there, now I have to wait even longer for it to come back a second time. The older lady is very abrupt and is quite obviously over her job. Also such poor form getting 18 of their friends to write 5 star reviews on Google. Coincidence that 18 Asian people have good reviews at the same time an Asian family took over management? I think not.

Been waiting for a letter that is a week overdue. Not to mention the biased 5 star reviews to make it seem more credible than it isn't. Would give -5 stars for that alone.

Nice and helpful workers, although the parcel delivery isnt very good. Would recommend to pick packages up at the post office.

There isn't many great words to describe our local post office - Unprofessional, unorganised and poorly trained staff are probably the best words I can use! How can nobody know how much a PO box is? I went in today to collect our mail as nobody can tell us correctly how much a PO box is - today's amount off the older lady 'Oh I think it's around $40.. But I don't know' I then asked if she had somebody else she could ask or somewhere she could find out?? Nope. I just have to wait until I'm approved and then see - What a waste of time?! When asking for our mail that had been sent there and fully well knowing our circumstances.. "Well why don't you have a PO box?' BECAUSE YOU CANT TELL ME HOW MUCH IT IS!! $80, $60, $40 then all of these amounts + an unknown key amount on other occasions - Please, train your staff properly.. If you invested some money into training staff, I can guarantee you wouldn't have as many 'grumpy' customers come in.

I bought packing tape which was on special from $3.50 to $2.50 and its no good! keeps tearing off in little bits. obviously why it was on special but why sell something that is useless?
