The people who run Australia Post at the Stleonards store ,are a terrific bunch of people..Polite ,courteous and very efficient in what they do..Also you can do your grocery shopping while you pick up your mail....😄👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Australia Post get a lot of complaints so I feel it's only fair to give them CREDIT where its due. A parcel I ordered from Spotlight last night was dispatched this morning and delivered to my door moments ago, same day! So well done and thank you to our local posties and well done to Spotlight for their fast service as well! Further to that, I regularly have parcels delivered and for all the deliveries we have I can only think of 3 occasions where we've had an issue and that's across at least 15 years and I imagine hundreds of packages delivered.

My parcel is lost in transit and its next stop was St Leonards LPO. I hope its not because you failed to scan the parcel. It had regular scans up until - In transit to next facility in ST LEONARDS, then it completely dropped off the face of the planet!
