Lady at the counter was very rude. Refused to give me the parcel unless I paid an extra $8.60 for the postage as it was "oversized". The 2 stamps on the front had been crossed out, but she refused to take the money of the stamps off the overall price.

Nobody was about when the parcel got in, so they left a note. I've worked too late every day this week bar today to pick it up. I managed to get there on my only finish early enough 20 minutes before close. I have ID W/ proof of address and the note. The lady at the desk informs me she had shut down her system and cannot get my package-the number for which is literally printed on the note. It will be two days before I am able to get there again, 3 before I can use my goods. I have paid $10 extra for the privilege of this "express" service, which will have taken more than a week and involved driving to the Post Office 3 times. I would rather AusPost routed my mail through literally any other Office.

Auspost is terrible. The delivery guy didn’t even bother to walk to the back unit and ring the bell. Just left a note for me to collect the parcel at the LPO. There is no feedback function for me to inform auspost that their delivery guy is not doing their job! Outrageous.

DONT GO. Overcharged for my parcel. Given wrong information. Handed over a parcel on a Moday, they have posted it on Wednesday. Experienced few times, very delay post. Extremely bad service. Now I am not going even for posting a single letter.

Worst postal service. They didn’t attempt to deliver but straightway dropped off my parcel in the postal office. No redelivery when requested. No intimation about the parcel being redirected to the post office.

Don't bother going here for identification verification services. Australia Post website says they provide this service, however they won't assist and will point you down the road to the Huntingdale LPO.
