I would put 0 stars if I could as I’m very disappointed in this company. I have had a parcel status as ‘on board for delivery’ since 15th September it is now 1st October and I still have not received my parcel. It isn’t exactly a small parcel either so hard to miss. I have emailed several times with no luck and all I keep getting is ‘we are investigating’ I have even emailed the company my parcel was purchased through and they have emailed also with no luck. $110 odd on top of what I paid for the item for delivery and I have this happen not very professional and very appalling service. Had I known this was the company used to deliver I wouldn’t have purchased from the seller and would have found the item through another company that doesn’t use Border express due to my local branch lack of professionalism. Do not recommend.

Tracking system is pretty poor compared to most other companies. It says my parcel is onboard for delivery and I called to confirm that it was with the driver which they told me it was scanned out for delivery for that afternoon yet it didn’t show up. It also sat in one destination for 3 days.

Had to pick up my own package from the depot wouldn't deliver to my house. Then when I picked it up the package was torn open. Lucky nothing was missing.

The customer service team is absolutely appalling. The woman I spoke with was so rude , I wouldn't waste my time using them again. A parcel magically makes it across state(500+kms) overnight but has sat in a depot 30 minutes away since (4 days) and my delivery still isn't due for 2 more days. Laziness is my conclusion !
