Do not use this company. Quoted one price. Then sent a bill for almost triple the price. $700 to ship a lounge from Adelaide to NSW. Tried questioning the invoice. Cannot get in contact with them at all. DHL is cheaper and faster. Cheers scammers

I had received a "Sorry We Missed You" card in my letter box but due to very late delivery time not expected, my gate was locked at that time. I had trouble locating the consignment number on system tracker "incorrect number" as the driver had written it wrong. Located phone number to local depot after several attempts on Website did not work and spoke to customer service assistant Kate Snare in Salisbury, and Kate located the correct information quickly regarding my inquiries and I was absolutely delighted and impressed. Kate was very professional, helpful, polite and friendly she was going to organise a re-delivery of my parcel asap. Kate displayed exceptional customer service skills and very much appreciated, thanks Kate well done.

BORDER EXPRESS they have no idea what EXPRESS means!!! What a useless transport company. My item has been sitting in their depot, not 40 mins from my home, for the last 4 days and they STILL haven't delivered it. Do yourself a favour and don't use this company if you want your goods delivered in a timely manner. Zero stars if I could as they don't deserve 1 star. No phone number to speak to an actual person...PATHETIC

They get one star because you can't leave a review without one. Parcel says in the Sailsbury depot for 14days. Receiver chased up tracking to be told they don't deliver to her area and she will need to come and pick it up from their depot. Website says delivers to all postcodes in Australia. I can put in the depot and receivers postcode and says delivery in one business day. Yet, they will not deliver. Disgusting customer service

Absolutely appalling! Witnessed one of the their drivers driving dangerously through red light and almost causing a big accident, they have no phone number to call so had to rely on submitting a query form. Advised of the number plate and truck number requesting a call from management to put in a complaint. Had a email back and saw that they have a woman in a bikini taking a selfie as the photo next to my comment! Extremely unprofessional. They asked for the road name that the incident happened on and said they will pass it on to the relevant manager. I replied with the details and saying the photo they have is extremely unprofessionalā€¦ this was back on 28/10ā€¦ still no responseā€¦ Disgusting!

This company has no phone number listed on their website, and the customer service forms don't work. Assuming they deliver your parcel undamaged and on time, no problem. But good luck getting hold of them if something goes wrong. I would use someone else if I was the sender.

Not surprised to see bad reviews already. Here's mine - ordered two parcels on the same day in the same order but were sent separately for some reason. One made it across the Nullarbor in a day. The other took another two weeks to get to my house. I'm assuming their camel trains got bogged down in the rain and then dropped both parcels onto some rocks and dented my items in the process. I'd prefer horse drawn carts next time please. At least they won't arrive all messed up

Really poor service and terrible response to customer enquiries. They have had a delivery of mine on their floor for a week, I used their on-line enquiry form and all you get is meaningless assurances that they are looking into it, all the while you hear nothing, the package remains undelivered. This is the second time this has happened, all because of one particular third party store that uses these guys. I hope they don't spend a great deal of money on the service because they don't get value for it.

Lier. The company said they got the wrong number from the sender, but I verified earlier with them and they confirmed with me the right one. Now the package had sent back to the sender because the post man couldn't contact to me. No pick up card, no message. NEVER CHOOSE THAT COMPANY.

Waited all day for delivery, 1.42 pm went to bring in the bins and there was a card in the post box from 1.38pm saying attempted delivery no knock at the door, nothing. Took 20minutes to find a phone number to contact the local office to be told I must be lying because they always knock at the door! Poor all round experience.

We have been waiting for a delivery for nearly a week a now. Then it goes back to sorry ā€œ we need to locate your itemā€ Disinterested staff with a I donā€™t care attitude are not helpful neither. You should be happy I located your item after 3 days and be thankful if it is delivered a week a week late is not any type of customer service. Here is hoping the item is still in one piece when it finally gets here. Not a service I would recommend.

Hopeless, received 3 items of 5 assigned by the supplier. Driver said 2 still at depot and he would deliver on Monday. Week later still not received . Rang the Adelaide number which goes straight through to the call center in Melbourne. Lady took my information and said she would come back to me as soon as she had a replay from the staff in Adelaide. Another week went by still no reply rang again and basically was told the same thing. I iterated I wanted an answer ASAP. Guess what no reply and had to get the supplier to replace the missing items. Poor service poor customer follow up. Would not use them again.

We have had so many damages to consignments since November 2020. Thats one thing - but NO ONE will return your call.

appalling customer service!!! My delivery had authority to leave which was left with the seller of my item, if this was passed on or just ignored I do not know. But I do know I rang the following day after filling out the red slip they left at my door informing them I had filled out the authority to leave,the lady told me no worries and noted the location I asked for my item to be delivered to and said it will arrive that day, get home that night....still no item. I rang again today to ask whats going on, the lady said it was with the driver yesterday but not delivered but couldnt give a reason as to why. Mid sentence she put me on hold then came back and said it will arrive today and hung up on me! I came home for lunch today and my delivery is sitting at my front door---NOT where I asked and wrote on the slip for it to be left!!!! Its either sheer arrogance or just poor customer service. Will never use this company again. And will be passing on feedback to the seller of my item about the company they choose to use for delivery and how this has reflected badly on them....... How hard is it to drop a parcel where and when its required.....being a courier is not a skilled position and neither are their staff obviously.
