I had a staff member gain "authority" from me to transfer some of my mail from another post office to this one - I have no idea what was discussed behind my back and it took several weeks to receive my mail instead of only a few days. I've received missed calls without any voice msg and when I've returned those calls, the call is never answered professionally - just "Hello?" without even stating it is Australia Post. I once had a key left in my box without any explanation - 2 weeks later I get a call to say I need to use that key to open another box to collect a parcel? Very odd methods used here and without any prior instruction, has left me feeling very frustrated. On top of it all, I have had important documents never received even despite mail redirection as well. I would not recommend this store.

Always a nice and fast experience and their passport photos are pretty good too. They also have a few shelves of stuff to browse while you wait.
