My mum and I went to have our passport pictures taken at the post-office. A lady named , Vandana, served us and she had the patience of an angel. She ensured we were happy with our pictures (helping us take them more than once) and was always polite and patient, without an ounce of bother. Thank you for your kind words and help!

all the staff are very kind and welcome except the indian lady with chunky jewellery. I come in every week for my business, the lines are long and the service is slow. Usually the staff is nice including the manager, but that one lady is always frustrated, extremely slow, and throws my parcels into the bucket even though a fragile sticker is on all of them.

Australia Post has the most terrible service ever. We are working from home and they never ring the bell when they deliver the parcels. Few minutes later we were received messages saying "Attempted delivery - No one attendant". They never leave parcel letters. I made a thousands of complaints and they are never been solved. We was advised by Australia Post staff in the complaint emails that they do not deliver parcels for units. WHAT??? Wasting money paid for home delivery, time-consuming to go to PO for a long queue on Saturday mornings and anger. Can you please do your jobs?

Extremely poor service - staff lacks customer courtesy, time management and organised work. Every day the waiting queue beyond main door of the Post office. The waiting time is minimum 30 mins. The AusPost overall operations at Macquarie Centre need to rejevenuated.

The Indian lady had horrible costumer service. I came to pick up the parcel. She tried to find the parcel in the storage room but after that she went back to me and ask me to come back another day bc there're too many parcels under that apartment. I told her the parcel size is probably like a shoe box and told her that i dont have time to pick up the other day, but she insisted to ask me to pick up next time. So I queue up again, and there was another kind staff only spend less one minute picking up the parcel and gave it to me. 🙂
