Went to post off one of those DNA hertitage tests. Asked if there’s anything else I needed to do except put a stamp on it. Nope was assured it was all ok and good to go. Two weeks later it comes back coz it needs a declaration on it. What’s the point in going to post office if they have no idea how to send parcels overseas??

I’m taking the time to do this review on 20/6/2022 at 9:30 am. For the lady name Jocelyn at the post office knox. Bad service, not feel welcome, only friendly with people she likes and so fake. I usually don’t be bothered to give feedback but after I had the encounter with her, I sat in front of post office to write this feedback. Just to let her know how awful I felt. I hope you have a wonderful day Jocelyn as you made some people feel Awful.

There is is a midage lady with curly hair she was rude to customer just because I didn't want to get extra cover on my parcel or she is just racist. I think she needs to learn how to respect people and improve her customer service.

Had a pleasant experience recently on 4th Jan afternoon when renewing my son's passport. The staff attending to me was welcoming, warm and friendly and patient too. She was attending the extreme left counter .

Went to pick up my item on the last day of the reminder. Get told sorry already been sent back to the sender. This is not acceptable and should be communicated on reminder notice. The guy that served me was nice but I had to track it down and try get it re directed which was an impossible task to get through on the phone. Anyway disappointing service.
