Sent one of several items back to china saying street address had got damaged but it was more likely seperated from other items that day to me. No accountability and not able to even find the item ive been tracking for three months, I bet it was stolen or it would still show up aa to where it id. I like Australia Post but feel the package service needs some consumer friendly redress system for suspisious disapearences in recieving and delivery. They cant hold things as longs as they should not even till the date they tell you it will come by. I think its apparent I'm bias right now and upset about loss and time

The automated service for recalling a tracking number cannot distinguish letters ! 4 times I spoke to the service with the letters L O C N and what was the response... L O D G! What a horrible way to run a business. Cannot even talk directly to a person. After 20 minutes of frustration, I gave up!
