Previously warned about the lack of customer service I called recently to check if they had a package for myself as my pick up slip stated their office. (I've never had anything sent there before). They were very quick to anger and "teach" me that its come to them because of the address on it and that we had no PO box. Cut off multiple times when i was trying to explain that this slip was found IN MY PO BOX of another postal office invalidating what they've just told me. Yet the chance to explain was not given. A simple phone call to check if my package was indeed there (as no other packages have ever been sent there in the last 4 years) turned into a very condescending and negative conversation. Would rate lower if I could.

This particular postal office located on Wellington St, Launceston apart of the Mortys Complex, has very disappointing customer service and lack of knowledge from their Managers and Staff. Surprisingly rude almost autonomously.. I am aware that people have bad days, but is everyday a bad day there?

Nice and polite couple. Limited knowledge of postal rates and options. Asked me to pay postage for prepaid envelopes and ebay returns in spite of showing the returns policy and prepaid labels.
