Unfortunately to leave a review I have to give a star. If you want to be dealing with humans with some form of empathy DO NOT GO HERE. I booked a passport appointment online and stood in line for 20 mins only to find out my booking time had passed and I had missed my booked time. There is no notice of any sort mentioning if there is a booking to jump the queue. I was told off for waiting in line like everyone else and not jumping the queue and not using my common sense. The was the bushy haired manager who had no sense of respect or empathy. The most idiotic people Iāve dealt with.

POST TO PICK UP, the message left at my door. Pick up AFTER 5pm it states! HARD to do when you CLOSE AT 5 pm. Also it would be nice if someone would ANSWER the phone. I understand that there's busy times. BUT CUSTOMER service should be paramount . YOU need to HIRE extra staff for busy times.

If I had a choice, we definitely would not come to this post office to pick up a parcel. Not only they want to see my passport, they look at my hubby's driving license too when the parcel was mine. Long waiting que all the time, customers que up til outside of the shop. The staffs were not nice too, gave me an impression that they hate chinese people

Not impressed. Came into get passport photos, spelled out the email twice. The angle of the screen made a letter E look like an N. I actually asked about that part too. No, wrong email. Called and was advised to come in the following day, they assured me they would be there & there would be no charge. Wasn't too upset, mistakes happened (from both sides) and said I appreciate her efforts. Followed instructions by returning next day only to be advised I had to bring the photos back. Like seriously what am I gonna do with passport photos when everything is done online? I explained the issue only for this new person to tell me I was being rude for trying to explain what I was advised to do. And apparently they were doing me a favour! Yeah, nah! There's no favour, you are literally doing your job because I'm paying for a new set of photos. Customer service is everything and this person failed! Very disappointing! Won't even be redirecting parcels to this Postshop anymore. Honestly just save yourself the hassle & go elsewhere.

My experience with this post office is -10. Today I had passport appointment and I didnāt know that I should not stay in the line. Any way after half an hour of standing the que I told her, I have an appointment for passport, she said you had half an hour delay and I canāt give you service š³š³š³. Richard was very rude and never I wonāt go there. Horrible experience

I went with my Autistic kid to take his passport photo.. the staff attending was very rude and made me realise how hard my life will be with a autistic kidā¦ Only 2 people were waiting and 3 staff on board they told me they dont have time to waste.. You should have shown some humanity to the 5 year old autistic kid..Treat people with humanity not based on skin colour.. You 2 proved you are not suitable for this job..Dont do this again to anyone.. I am emotionally worn out and going through lots of stress..

I came here as I am determined to make a feedback regarding the poor and slow service of the staff and it is obvious from the rest of the feedback that I am not the only victim of this ridiculous customer service in highlands post office! Few days ago I went to pick up my parcel the staff member refused to give it to me as I didnt carry my physical licence even after I explained that I have lost it and with all the proof I had from australia post via email! Today i went with my licence to pick it up (THREE LADIES) working behind the counter and the queue was beyond the exit door due to their slow service and they were not taking anyones complaint with a good manner ( three of the ladies so rude answering back and accusing customer of bullying!) After waiting for almost an HOUR in the queue they couldnt find my parcel and to make that even worse I got to go and wait for them to serve the whole queue that was almost 20 people or more then they would look for my parcel?!! After I wrnt and told her that I cant wait that long as I have left my daughter eith my mum who has (CANCER) and I was not feeling well myself too she answeres me back saying I cant do anything for you and you will have to wait and i will not lsiten to your complaing!??!! I have not in my entire life seen such disgusting customer servie manner and I dont understand where on earth is the area manager and why are they not dealing with this? Infact the lady refused to give me her name! She has dark medium length layered hair showing in her early 50s ! Anyways that did not stop me from filing a complaint about the whole team to the head office as they were all rude anyways and im not going to settle untill this is sorted out and I will not be dealing with this again. People are dying around the world yet there's still ridiculous psychos treating others this way and I have zero tolerance to this! I was harassment infront of other customers for asking for my rights and asking them to do their job properly and i left the post office stressed and anxious!

Imagine being almost brought to tears by a 50 year old woman with a red karen hair-do behind the desk because despite having everything ready and going in early so that it wasn't peak hour, to be talked down to and treated so poorly - only to find out at a different post office that it was pure laziness as to why things weren't handled. I called 13 Post to make a complaint, where there wasn't an option to talk to anyone about said complaint (understandable with Covid) so I tried calling the number (8339 4807) SEVERAL times to try and talk to someone about the appauling customer service and my phone rang out. Granted, it was lunch time so it was probably busy, but so am I so this is the only place I can talk about it at this point as there was no receipts given, no name tag on the lady so I have no way of being able to complain further. Whoever you are, red-haired Karen, I hope whatever made you bitter and mean today clears up so you can be nicer to others around you.

Very slippery service of the staff called Wendy. I reported her one of the parcel's tracking number didn't scan thought due to the system error. Trying to ask her to get back the parcel to scan, so that I can update the shipping status to my customer (It is very important for my business) and she said the parcel is still not shipped so I will not see an update. She didn't try to help me find out the parcel and keeps telling me to be patient for the Christmas season. So now I have no record and evidence of my parcel has been dispatched, I'm taking a risk to lost my parcel, my customer and maybe pay again for all this drama!

The man who deliveries the Australia Post parcels to Humber Street Craigieburn always earns a score of 11 out of 10. He is always cheerful and professional and has ALWAYS rung the front door bell when making a delivery. He has never "dropped and run" even on the coldest and wettest of days. He is a great credit to Australia Post Craigieburn and I that this message can be seen by him so that he knows that people still do appreciate professionalism and care. keep up the great work as it is vital in todays world of online shopping

Went to pick up a parcel had 2 forms of ID but they would not provide parcel said photo ID was necessary although it wasn't ticked on collection slip and Australia Post online states 2 forms of ID is ok. Had to go home and back again for photo ID. During covid lockdowns you would think they would have some sense to minimalise customer movements.

All the staff are friendly, polite, considerate and very helpful, however their opening ours are archaic and not suitable for the 'working man' of this century. I am forever driving to the LPO on weekends because their closed by the time I can get there. It shouldn't be that hard to pick up a parcel. Please please please, extend at least a Thursday night to 8pm to accommodate those who work business hours outside of craigieburn.

Postman skipped my house on a $14.99 express post pay for a $79 educational book for a diploma TIMED/Deadline quiz this,set me back by 3 whole days study cause of the inability to travel to the post office till the weekend and being 40 minutes away from any public transport. No reason for inaccessibility to the property just laziness I left a note to ring the door bell or drop behind the pillar,I was there all day His attempted delivery lie was 13 minutes after the drop off at the post so he obviously just decided not to make the route. Overall disappointed I paid for express I should receive express delivery respectively or a refund for the inconvenience this has caused me Aus post said there was nothing they could do about it.
