The worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t know what bad karma has caused all of my packages to suddenly be re-routed here, but my quality of life has decreased tenfold since this happened. They lose stuff all the time, they send stuff back early to the sender and it takes them forever to find anything. It genuinely needs closing down. Avoid dealing with the old man if possible he is shockingly slow and not suited for a customer-facing role.

I haven’t been disrespected like this for a while now. I have been waiting in line for over 20 MINS, just for an old man worker to deal with 3 customers ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, he told me to “come back tomorrow” as he “couldn’t be bothered finding it”, as there was a huge line behind. Like what kind of customer service is this. I waited for my turn, spent 20 mins and then was rejected and told me to leave? New owners or shut this post office down.

Terrible experience. The man at the counter is extremely rude and hardly helpful. I get anxious every time I miss my postie as I have to go into this centre to collect my post. So disorganised, slow and rude.

old man is absolutely horrible, so rude, so dismissive after berating me i had to refuse to leave for him to even attempt to find my package in which he did in less than 5 minutes. the young man is nice however the old man needs to pack it up and retire at this point. waiting over 10 minutes in a line of 3 people is ridiculous just to get told you’re wrong. Honestly if you’re able to, redirect your package elsewhere it isn’t worth going here

If “0 stars” was an option that’s what this place would be getting. The worst customer service experience possible. Please do not work in an industry that is meant to help people when you are awful, rude and unapproachable people. If you have an option to go elsewhere, DO IT.

There are 2 men working here. An older gentleman and a younger bald man. The bald was quite rude today. He was very unhelpful and had attitude. I had a few packages that needed to be picked up. The older gentleman was looking but he couldn't find the packages. I wanted to ask the younger one if he needed to scan the barcode. The response I got back was "I'M NOT HELPING YOU, HE IS HELPING YOU" in a very rude and snappy tone. He also did not alert the older gentleman. So I spoke up and alerted the older gentleman since it was clear the other one who was not currently serving anybody did not seem the slightest bit interested in helping but wanted to give attitude for no apparent reason. The older one still could not find my packages and said to me that it was not there. I asked him if he was sure as I got an email letting me know my packages were at this particular Australia Post. He was still struggling to find my packages. I asked him if he wanted to scan the barcode in my email and then he scanned it and went to look again with no luck. I then said to the younger one "I think he might need some help to find my packages". The response I got from this man was "HIS BIG, HE DOESN'T NEED MY HELP" and was again met with attitude. Overall this was a terrible experience. The younger bald man was extremely rude with attitude and very very unhelpful. He could've assisted the other gentleman instead of giving me attitude which was totally uncalled for. I don't know what brought on his rudeness but it was not the first time. I needed to come in as there was no attempt made by the driver to deliver the packages and no slip was left behind even though someone was at home. So I needed to come in. They sure make it very difficult just to get your packages.

Dread having anything redirected here - for some reason our postie never rings the bell and unfortunately our packages end up here. Slow, zero service, stuffy and not sure what their system is but they can never find the packages. I’ve had my share of bad Aust post shops but this one def tops it.

This is the worst post office in Australia- no customer service and they have absolutely no idea how to process a basic parcel. Why don’t you train your staff properly?? Do not go here!

Terrible, but this is a terrible time so what can I say. If you have to pick up your parcel here and are told they don't have it, or they are immediately dismissive like they were with me, insist and try to be patient. They might have it but for whatever reason may not be interested in helping you find your item. Good luck.

Be prepared to wait upwards of ten minutes to simply pick up a package while the older guy stares at you blankly before shuffling off to the shelves for a bafflingly large amount of time before returning to wordlessly give you your item. The younger guy is quite friendly and helpful, but the older guy that works here should absolutely not be in a customer-facing role

Service with a smile! This family-run business is impressive beyond words. I've never met such helpful and caring staff. If only more post offices were like this one! I gave my clothes to be dry-cleaned and it was extremely professional and efficient. Excellent job guys!

I don't have enough fingers to count all the bad experiences I've had with post offices in Melbourne, however these guys deserve full marks for their patience, kindness and above and beyond attitude. They know people by name, they help you with sticky tape if you've forgotten something and most importantly they do service with a smile, which is a rarity these days. They get extra points for offering super cheap used boxes and packaging!

Good post office staff who are always helpful in relation to parcel delivery. Over Christmas they got overloaded with parcels but this did not impair their attitude or temper. They will also arrange to deliver the parcel direct to your address if you are waiting on a package.
