Over the counter service is great, but what lets it down is the delivery service. Parcels are never attempted to be delivered to the address. Every one has to be picked up regardless if a signature is required. The delivery driver refuses to get out of the vehicle to put mail in the letterbox. We were made to put our mailbox in a position so the driver can reach out the car window and put it in without getting out. I just find that this delivery service could be done much better. But once again, over the counter service is great.
