Love this place ❤️ I don’t just go here to get my tasks done - there are other sites in South Yarra I could choose. I love going here as the staff are warm and friendly, address me by name and always helpful. Whenever I miss a delivery, Michael goes out of his way to let me know it has arrived and ready for collection - that is what exceptional customer service epitomises! Thank you👏🏻⭐️ It gets very busy here at peak times, especially on Saturday mornings. People need to show staff the patience and courtesy they deserve. Keep up the great work 👍

Chapel St LPO has been my Post Shop for almost 5 years. I have a PO Box here, so I'm a frequent visitor and the service has been consistently excellent! My deliveries are usually at the counter before I am!! Thanks Michael! 😊 The shop always presents well, theres a great selection of small gifts, cards, packaging and Lotto! Its my One Stop Shop offering a friendly hello every visit!

First all, the best AusPost that I have been to. Amazing team! Very kind, funny and attentive. After a few visits they will greet you by name every time you come. Always respectful and helpful. Secondly, the store is not clogged up with things. You can freely walk without bumping into people or shelves. Very clean and organised. Thirdly, if you are doing business with AusPost, this is the team and LPO that you need!!! Best service, from small to big, it all will be done.

tl:dr Best PO with the best staff in the area. Cleanest lay out, consistent and reliable service. long time listener, first time caller. was nervous when the previous owner sold the business but glad to see the new humans are just as kind and accommodating. they held the fort during covid season 1-3 and i definitely saw them more than family and friends during lockdown. i'm stoked you're my local and closest PO as i've had to use a few others in stonnington for work in the past decade, and i'd rather not do that. please treat anyone serving you with a little more kindness and understanding, these guys don't do bs and are easy to get along with. People are hard to hate up close.

The change in all Australia Post to the Chapel St location despite confusing at first to find was a good one. There’s no angry man working there, instead a very helpful one was able to save me money on my selection of packages and didn’t make me wait back in the line again like the Toorak Post Office. It’s a very busy and confusing to find anything inside the post office, but there’s an improvement there.

Staff were obnoxious, unhelpful & rude. Upon arrival, with no-one in store, staff told one to wait, while they chatted & checked facebook, or whatever. Which rudeness I thought might have something to do with my supermodel stature & gucci. A line soon built up behind me, with them being unable to serve customers timely. I thought it was a bit obnoxiously excessive that a staff member asked me for id when she had just checked 3 return parcels with my name from my address. No stationary.

The guys that work here are so friendly and helpful. Excellent banter. Today I went in at 4.30 thinking they were open until 6 (as it said on my parcel collection card). I'm ambivalent about this place. Workers are friendly and helpful, which makes it harder to complain, but my deliveries to my parcel locker always have to be picked up during business hours because "there is no space in the lockers". Every time, I spend a long time queueing, and they often struggle to find the parcels. If that's because of covid-19, then they have to do something about it. We don't know for how long covid-19 is going to be here, it can't be an excuse for everything that is not satisfactory.

The service at this Post Office is second to none! The staff are very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The opening hours are highly accommodating of busy office workers, with very generous opening hours on Saturdays and 'after-hours' on weekdays. Once I had a package that I didn't collect in the allotted time-frame (I was overseas), but thankfully they held onto it, which saved me a lot of time. Thank you for consistently great customer service!

One time I ordered a 55" TV to be delivered here. I really thought I could carry the box to my apartment three blocks away. But it came in a huge box. The staff let me borrow their hand truck no questions asked. I returned it after getting my TV home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast and reliable service. I sent a package sold on eBay to Russia and it was returned without them telling me. When contacted by the buyer having not received it I discovered it was sitting in their post office for three weeks. No notice was sent for me to collect it. The reason it was returned was their mistake and so I shipped the very same package again and it finally made it there. Thanks guys, no apology necessary.
