Pretty rubbish service at this post office. Walked in to ask if they provide Justice of Peace service and was rudely told “No” and when asked if they would know anywhere else near by that would be able to help (as I’m not from the area) she rudely shook her head at me and said nothing else. Doesn’t take much to say a few more words and be a little more professional to not come off so arrogant.

This is a post office, therefore it is mandatory for people to complain about being at a post office. The rubbish dump of 1 star reviews is not necessary for a post office because... It's just a post office. Friendly service and good size for a post office. At a post office you can do low order operations such as send and receive packages, buy prepaid cards and gift cards, deposit into bank accounts. Although it may be fooling, don't be mistaken this is not an RMS or a Centrelink. Did I mention it's a just a post office?

I've always had good service here. They're quite busy but if you're polite and respectful, I've found they return the same courtesy. Whenever I go I always try to have everything ready, ID, delivery card, forms, etc. They don't set pricing or control delivery but I've found them to be pretty helpful.

How unsuccessful the post office is to our community. I was treated in a way where I was told elsewhere for licence application forms which states that they have application forms there, like why else would I go there for "Right" so I kindly ask where she said RMS as she pointed to know where so I asked again could you tell me where it is and she said GOOGLE IT. HONESTLY NOT VERY IMFORMATIVE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Says Post Office is open until 12pm on a Saturday on the slip. So I get there with plenty of time and it’s closed with a tiny hand written closed sign at the door. So Unprofessional. I was not the only one who arrived in surprise that it was closed. Judging by the reviews I am not the only unsatisfied customer but we don’t really get a choice about which post office is our local so this post office really needs to improve!

I never knew how a post office could have a low star rating, until I tried to use this one several times. SHOCKING! The people working there have zero customer service and look too depressed to smile or even try to engage customers. You stand there while “being served” and feel like you’re not even given attention to, not a moment of eye contact - especially from the guy. Bought a PO Box for convenience and nothing about it was convenient. The sign up process I was constantly left at the counter while he went off a did all these other things giving low priorit to me... after a month I still never got a key... excuse given each time I asked they sounded surprised like was the first time they heard it and said “oh the locksmith had delayed”... seriously? For a month? I cancelled everything and will NEVER come back here again. Goodbye.

Worst post office. Staff dont know what theyre talking about and are very rude. I asked them to cite and stamp paper work and they told me they couldnt and didnt offer that service and i should be looking for a JP. They were wrong. I went to Cabramatta post office and was immediately looked after by polite staff members.
