Staff are not only incompetent but they haven't a shred of basic manners nor customer service. They have forgotten their role and simply exist to make peoples lives that little bit harder each and every day. I use many post offices regularly and consistently have a poor experience whenever I am forced out of necessity to visit their shop. If you have the option to attend any other post office in the local area I would advise it.
