Husband paid $40 to mail a box of precious tapes of his late mother interstate. Specifically asked if the parcel was trackable and if he could be notified when it arrived. Received answers in the affirmative. Parcel arrived in Brisbane, no tracking number, no notification, was sent back to Port Augusta. Staff member should have informed him to use the Parcel Collect facility. Very disappointing. Hoping it turns up again soon. 📦
