I have visited the Campbelltown Post Office many times over the years, and without exception I have found the staff there to be friendly and efficient when I'm paying bills or retrieving parcels. I'm my own experience they have frequently done that little bit extra to help with my post requirements.

A bit grubby on the outside needs a good clean. Can get busy opening and during lunch. But who really needs to go here unless you have to pick up a registered parcel that couldn't be left at your place,.

As someone who works on weekdays, Saturday is the only day I can pickup my parcels. But this place most of the time is closed on the weekend. So why do my notification cards tell me to pickup my parcels from this place?

Some of the staff is really rude. Didn't take the trouble of asking if would like passport photo to be emailed too. When I asked it to be emailed, they said it's too late and that I'll need to pay again. They should learn to give required info to customers at the right time.

Why they didn't even ring the door bell is beyond me. Someone was home waiting for the package but no one rang the dooorbell like I had asked in my notes so had to pick the package up after work. The gentleman was nice so thank you.

I came to pick up my parcel and I was disappointed with the customer service rendered to me. The woman was rude disrespectful and outright ignorant about her job. If I see you treat the customers before me with respect , one would think it would apply to every customer. She wears glasses and she knows who she is .I would certainly get her retrained or fired if she only wants to serve people of one race.
