If you are greeted by a balding, middle aged gentleman sporting a hoop earing, please refrain from entering and take your business elsewhere. This guy brings his negative demeanor and nasty attitude to work and will ensure you have an unnecessarily terrible postal experience.

Awesome Staff, They were so busy when i popped in to locally post a parcel in a hurry and Rhonda (shop keeper) dropped everything to help me make sure the precious parcel was posted on time for Easter and even spent a few minutes curling ribbon around the parcel. Thank you :)

Alstonville Post Office the worst post office in Australia. I have been to some shockers but this is by far the worst post office. Unhelpful, no customer service, they seem to forget the customers and the high prices we pay for their lack of service!

The address given on this page is totally incorrect ! The post shop is located in the Plaza Shopping Center and as far as I know has never been anywhere near "The Avenue"
