Whoever your current postie is seems to think that leaving parcels in a safe place includes the middle of your driveway. I received a parcel of clothing yesterday that was just left in the middle of my driveway. This branch of Australia Post is nothing short of a joke.

The elder stuff with glasses SO arrogant!! I came to this post office twice, showed all things I need to prove my identity and she didn’t even listen to me carefully, even took back my parcel said the address was wrong, I asked her to double check it, she sneered and rolled her eyes! In fact, IT IS THE SAME ADDRESS!!! When I am trying to explain myself and she interrupted me and educated me don’t use my preferred name for online shopping! What?! Anyway, the service was THE WORST since I use Post. ZERO IF I COULD.

They are improving. I went back for the same parcel twice in the morning. The first time, I didn't bring my physical photo ID but only show them the photo of my driver's licence on my phone. They only accept physical IDs or digital IDs. I said: sorry I don't have a digital ID. The lady (long straight hair with glasses) who serviced me said: 'then I can't give you your parcel'. Without any polite word or even just try to say something like : I am sorry, but I can't give you your parcel because```is it possible you come back or is there any other way i can help'. Ok Fine, I can understand the rule but I can't understand your attitude. But I am so sure there must be some other ways instead of just physical ID and a driver's licence. So I left, sit down, and check Australia Post Office Parcel Collection Police, it says 2 other IDs without Photos such as medicare or credit card will do. I got both of them officially on my Mygov App and bank App. So I came back with the other lady who serviced me who is much more polite and after talking to and checking with their manager, it works. The point is, customer service is all about HELP, not about making other's life harder. Everyone's life is busy enough. As a busy working mum myself am always on a run and forgot to bring things that should be with me. So maybe instead of getting others to come back for a small parcel again, try to give them some other options to do so. Also, the lady who served me the first time is showing a different attitude toward different people from my observation while waiting and my experience before. Campbelltown community has many new immigrants, they may just come and still learn. But it doesn't make them deserve a rude attitude. What makes a community a safe and peaceful place is love and care. I learn that I need to save my driver's licence into a digital app, hope your staff learn as well.

Disgraceful. This PO is not open on Saturday mornings like all the other PO's, making It hard for full-time workers to collect parcels. SO INCONVENIENT. One star is too many.

A red frame glasses lady was so rude to me.(4AUG22) I said “I’m picking up” and showed the barcode on my phone. She said “Do you want to pick up your parcel? Is that what you are doing? Don’t just give me your phone. You need to speak.” So I said “I think I said I’m picking up.” Then she said “I can’t hear you with the mask on.” Who think this is polite and good customer service? If she’s my teacher and I’m student, that’s totally fine. But we are not. Who talk to their customers like that? I’m totally shocked. Also I feel this is racism. I bet she wouldn’t talk to caucasian or elderly people like this. She wasn’t wearing name tag.

Rude women, making it hard for my husband to pick up my stuff, I was in the car with children. They didn’t care, heartless karens, even their faces looked unfriendly, no smile, no heart, no customer service. Arrogant, rude, should never been hired to work as customer service. Zero skill, zero smile, zero friendliness, zero heart. The rudest karen has glasses, fringe, middle aged woman. The other one has black straight hair. They ganged up against me. Bullies karens. The staff in her mid 60s with blond hair is very unfriendly and rude. Watch out she gonna ruin your mood in only 30 seconds. Unfortunately she doesn't wear her name badge on so can't tell who you should be aware of when you get in.

There is a new member of staff, a gentleman, who is absolutely lovely. Friendly, helpful and polite. Much nicer than the terrible woman who would belittle and speak incredibly rudely to customers. So nice to have a pleasant interaction. I used to dread going in but not anymore! :)

Like most other reviews, I’d also give them zero or minus scores if was possible. Haven’t m t a polite staff member in there- all of them have zero manners. Pity my parcels have to go there as it means I have to put up with their awful personalities. Don’t like owning a post office- sell it. Don’t like working in a post office- get a factory job where you don’t have to speak to customers.

Why can’t I rate 0 star? Ridiculous open time from 9-5 on weekdays and closes on weekends, I will never get my parcel. Don’t even try, they will send it back to sender within 10 days without notification. Hope a new post office can open the community, so we don’t need to use this one.

I recently wanted to update my family's phones and saw an Australia Post catalogue special. When I went to the Campbelltown PO they didn't have any of the phones (I needed 3), but the friendly staff member rang around other post offices to track down the phones for me. After about 6 phone calls she had secured all 3 phones. They came in for me to pick up within 3 days.

OPEN YOU OFFICE AT LEAST ONE DAY A WEEK TILL LATE !!! Even a library is open till 8:00Pm one day a week. The post office open only while everyone at work and sends your goods back to the sender, because by the time you take day off at work to take finally come to post office, your postage was sent back to the sender, as 2 weeks is too long for them. Who will cover my loss now ?

This is the worst post office in the whole of Adelaide. They close early because God knows why even though the advertised time says 5pm. They con you into picking up parcels from the post office, because their drivers are too lazy to deliver them to you. They don't even leave the note in your letter box, only send email notifications. Very rude lady at the counter, avoid this place if you can.

I was unfortunate enough to be "served" by a very unpleasant lady who was incredibly rude and declined to assist me as she said it would take too long to complete. I was told to wait to the side until there was no longer any queue which was never going to happen as the queue was consistently added to! I left in disgust to go to another Post Office who gave me beautiful customer service and was actually able to assist me in a professional and pleasant way.

Absolutely discusting service, worst Ive probably ever had... I don't leave reviews often but something has to change here, the employees are rude and unprofessional. Refusing my package because I used a shortened version of my name (Harry) instead of Harrison when making my purchase and because apparently the name doesn't match I am not allowed to gather my package. Pathetic, I will be chasing this up for compensation for my lost goods. Not to mention when attempting to deliver they didn't even ring the doorbell. 1/10

I was told to try another post office, which I did, my package was accepted no questions asked and the service was a huge improvement. I won't be back as suggested by the staff I'll now take my business to the Post office in Dernancourt.

It was Wednesday, my wife came to the counter to lodge passport application for our children. She walked in with our 8 month old baby in the stroller. One female staff rejected her, and said that an appointment is required for passport application (despite the fact that the office is very quiet and no other customers). My wife recalled the way the staff responded was a bit rude (this might be attributed to my wife thick accent). Our English is not perfect, but we're not stupid coz last month I had spoken to one of the friendly staff who advised me kindly that passport appointment is for SATURDAY only, and we can just walk-in during weekdays. Please...please...give us customers CONSISTENT advice. We want to do the right thing. Working at front counter can be stressful - I get it - but people deserve respect and consistency.

Got told off- instead of saying it in a nice way for queuing up on the wrong side "if there's a long que in there (referring to the "right" waiting spot) we won't serve you". While in fact, all three of them (staff) saw me waiting/queuing up on the wrong aisle, yet no one among them advised me to proceed to the correct waiting area. How they really love telling off their customers. Also, they even lack of proper signages so customers will know where to que.
