They now do not deliver any parcels to the street I'm in and surrounding streets that are hilly! After 10 years of delivery I now have to pick up every parcel down at the shop because the driver doesn't like the hills. When the manager was informed she just said to go make a complaint online. Worst service I've experienced in over 20 years!

Dealt with a rude older woman when I tried to renew my passport. The website states no appointment needed for renewals so I didn't make one but she pushed me aside for someone who had an appointment. When I questioned why as mine would take 2 minutes she persisted and made me stand aside and the person with an appointment jumped the queue. The next person in line though was a passport renewal who got processed by another older woman. Eventually when I was served I said their service was ridiculous and the lady was flustered and told me just to be quiet as she is processing it. All of that bad service and it took 2-3 minutes to process my renewal. Ridiculous and unnecessary!! Won't be going back to that store.

The lady was so rude dealing with questions about passport renewals. When I tried to confirm a question she kept replying with "as I said". Well that's not how you deal with people who genuinely have questions about a service. I asked if we could just get the photos done and she said we'll you need to get the entire thing done here so make an appointment. We asked for.an appointment and she gave us a time then after I said oh that won't work and she shook her head in annoyance. Practice better customer service, that was awful then to find out we don't even need to make an appointment for renewals after speaking with another post office. Extremely rude and the attitude was awful. Won't be back and won't be recommending.

Patty was exceptional, she went out of her way to help me after I stuffed up and used the wrong envelope to post internationally. She came to my aid, got me the right envelope and processed it efficiently. The lines may be longer at the Hyperdome compared to other post offices but the service is totally worth it

I have to give the Awesome Lady named Tracy a review. I had a issue with some missing parcels this afternoon just on closing time. Tracy was lovely enough to get to the bottom of the very confusing issue. She did so with the best friendliest attitude after what I can image, a long busy day. If you read this Tracy, thank you as I was not having the best day. I have also left a positive review with Aus post feedback.

This last weekend I went to this post office to submit a passport application. I arrived at 9am for a 9:30 application appointment. The line was long but moved quickly. I was greeted by Linda. I had my photos done and gave her my printed application form. When she went to scan it, it wouldn't scan. She then offered for me to send my application through to her personal work email to reprint so that I didnt have to come back next week. She was so incredibly helpful and went out of her way to get it done. So thank you. Fantastic service.

Sent my daughter to line up and get 5 $1 stamps - the staff gave her 7 x $0.65 stamps - total value $4.55! So not even $5 worth of stamps. Only found out when we got home, and the phone number just rings out with no answer. Now I have to go back to a post office to get more stamps because the parcel I want to send hasn't got the correct value! How do you get 7 $0.65 stamps from a request for 5 $1 stamps!!!

It's Christmas Time so why on earth would there only be 3 team members attending to customers. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and am forced to stand in a line for an hour! There is continually a line going out the door and it is always like this.

My wife and son went to this post office to get my son a passport. Not only was the woman who served my wife rude she was ignorant and clearly she did not know what she was talking about.
