Not even worth 1 star. Terrible customer service and staff attitude is horrible refusing to assist. Their parcel collecting procedure doesn’t make sense and is not logical creating trouble to the world. Never come to this post office again. The store manager lacks of problem solving skills for customers.

Not even worth 1 star. Do NOT come here for passport application! The staffs attitudes for passport application is so negative. Firstly they said they have special glue for photos, so she took off the photos from the form which is making the photos dirty then she fuss over dots on the photos that I couldn't even see. I took the same photos to another Australia Post outlet and they didn't even mention anything. Seriously, if you don't want to do passport application, just say so at the start and not to waste other people's time and efforts???

The staff here always make fuss of photos that are not taken in their outlet. They want to make money from photo IDs, they are not there to serve the community. This outlet is an absolute disgrace.

My friend came in to return a phone that came with a faulty charger. He's in his 60's and they used his lack of experience with technology against him to deny a refund. He had to push for it while the staff gaslit him. Then when he wanted to buy a new phone they told him to leave. How did you people get jobs?

Very disappointing experience here. Normally this store is great and people are friendly, but I don’t know why they decided to do this. Arrived at 11:50am on Saturday, when they state that the store closes at 12:30pm. Tried to enter but the automatic doors didn’t open. Few mins later someone exits, and this man + his 3-4 year old son is standing near the door, saying they’re not letting people in. This is odd considering it’s not even 12 yet, why would they be shutting? Okay I thought maybe it’s because there are too many people and they want to limit the crowd due to COVID safety reasons. At 11:57 a lady that works there comes out and says that “there are too many long transactions that need to be processed, and that will carry them till 12:30”. She says “we’re open at 9am on Monday so welcome to come back then”. This is pretty shocking to be honest, I arrived 40 mins before closing, yet they say that they won’t take in anymore people. At that time there’s maybe a small group of customers, but because they’re all doing “long transactions” they shut the doors at 11:50am. We can’t come back at 9am on Monday because most of us need to work, hence we come on weekends for the convenience. Anyways we just stood there waiting a bit longer, then next time someone came out, we just wanted to walk in to enquire more and better understand the situation. As soon as we try to walk in, the man (standing at the door with his son - to be honest not sure who he was but maybe he was a partner of someone)? He tried to lightly push and block us from entering! Who is he! He’s not even a staff working there, who is he to block the door and even lightly push us!

This was honestly the worst experience ever and such poor management for Aus Post. Can’t believe you shut doors 40 mins before, and just won’t take more people in. Have better time management skills. I understand if its 15 mins before closing, but 40 mins is just inexcusable. Later they decide to finally open the doors and not lock it anymore, and honestly it was so necessary because there still were at least 20+ customers that needed the post office services. Such disappointing management Aus Post, not sure why you’re in such a rush to close but 40 mins before your stated closing time is NOT acceptable.

Wish I could give more than five stars! After going to four different AusPost locations and being told they were unable to complete my police check or working with children’s check, I was really frustrated by the time I got to Chadstone, but the service was so prompt and helpful that I wish I’d gone here first and definitely will from now on! Bryce was really efficient and cheery, and while I was waiting I could see the other staff members were also fast and friendly. I would strongly recommend going here for any and all post office needs!

Mistake by their staff when sending an item overseas that got sent back and they would not cover the cost to resend as a higher priority due to 3 week delay, will not use this post office again as very poor customer service.

I came there a few times as I live in the area. However, the customer services there was really unstable. There was one time I came there to send a post to a friend, the staff who I talked to showed her attitude just when I started to speak. She asked me loudly for the address where I want to send it to, as if I could not hear or speak English. It was not busy at that time at all, I had no idea why she had to be so rude. However, other staffs was okay. I hope no one else has to experience this.

I asked the staff serving me and she shrugged her shoulders at me.....care factor 0 Not good enought Aust Post. Chadstone is a frequent hotspot, you are putting customers at risk, staff apparently don't care.

Not even deserve 1 start rate....Very bad customer service, how is possible than one year ago I did a police check in the same store with NO issues and this time they couldn’t help me because I am international student HOW IS THAT EVEN possible? The lady on the counter with curly hair and the “Asian manager” or supervisor did reject to help me with this, they did not even bother to call someone if they were lacking the information of how to do it( which clearly they don’t know their job) I took all the things I needed that website mentions I require to apply for it but nope there wasn’t any possibility to get my document! I will never come back to this store, as a student I know all my student mates need to get documents all the time, therefore I will MAKE sure to tell as many people as possible about my experience!!!

This is my first time writing a review about anything, but I had to write. This post office has really bad customer service especially the old lady that works here. Came in to collect a parcel today, and got yelled at when i showed them the parcel collect bar code, and nothing came up on the computer. Seriously this is the worst post office I've been to.

Don't go there if you need a verification check. The staff doesn't know what they are doing. In the form I gave them it says all the ID required for an Australian Citizen or RESIDENT. I gave them my passport and working with Children license which is issued by Dept of Justice and Regulation of Victoria, since I don't have a drivers license as I don't drive, but they didn't accept it. They ask for my medicare and Citizenship certificate as alternative which I provided them and still they won't accept because their reasoning is my certificate is not an Australian citizen certificate. How will I have an Australian citizenship certification if I am only a permanent Resident in Australia at the moment? In the form it did not say that it needs to be australian citizen certificate, all they need is the citizenship certificate together with the passport and the medicare card for alternative identification. So I had to go to the office of the solicitor 31 kms away from our place just to finish the documents I need. The solicitor said they should have accepted the working with children license in the first place as this is issued by state of Victoria. Just frustrating.

The fat chinese male staff did not know how to do the ID verification properly. My broker had to wait for it more than 3 weeks until I sent it to him by myself. He was the RUDEST staff I've ever seen and the only reason I never come back to that shop again.

This place is always busy but they have got enough staff to get the queue moving. You can pretty much do all the ID services like passport, working with children check, police check, land title Id, proof of age card, bank account verification, keypass, high risk licence and so on. You can also take a new photo for your driver's licence renewal. Keep in mind you do need to make an appointment for the passport application.

Tried unsuccessfully twice to get my DL photo taken there. Staff don't seem to be interested in talking about it let alone doing it. First time I went, I took my letter from VicRoads and a passport as I no longer have my old DL. Was told if I don't have my old DL they can't do it. Wrong information. Second time I passed my documents over the guy who didn't seem interested at all. He glanced at my documents and without addressing me spoke to some other woman at working there. The conclusion on this time also was no, but with no clear reason why. Apparently I had bought in the wrong document. However no one cared enough to explain to my what was wrong about that document. I would have been satisfied with a clear explanation but none was forthcoming, it was basically 'computer says no'. Pitiful, borish, just-treading-water-until-retirement laziness.
