The lady staff with a red curly hair is an indirect racist! I’ve observed her change her tone of voice when dealing a white and a person with colour. Very horrible staff indeed! Doesn’t even know how to smile or greet and that is not customer service at all! She should just not go to work if she doesn’t have an etiquette of a person working front house. For goodness sake!

The woman was so beyond rude and disgusting, claiming I didn’t have original copies of my supporting documents when I did but just refused to ask if I did have them. Australia post wasting our time. Over half hour waiting in a queue at Highpoint and the queue is 16 behind me. Out the door if the post office. We need to charge them for our time.

How is anyone that works later than 5pm supposed to be able to pick up a package when they are closed on weekends. At least have the correct opening hours on your missed delivery cards so you aren’t wasting more of people’s time. 🤬 Not good enough!

There are no post boxes anywhere nearby. If you want to post something you have to go during opening hours and wait in line (it's always a long line) or go somewhere else

Great to see a new staff member at this office who is willing to help with a smile and knows what customer service is all about! My parents have been going to this office for many years and have never been so pleased with the service. Not only she is helpful but is willing to assist Spanish speaking clients with little English skills to navigate the system, and access the services they need. I know for a fact it’s not only my parents, it’s their friends and neighbours talking about it! Congratulations to the office for the new addition. It was so much needed! Sorry, I don’t know her name. I will for sure ask her next time I’m in. 👏😊

Very mixed bag, often information differs greatly between staff. Ranging from accurate but a little short to completely misleading or even completely incorrect. They even managed to take my id photo out of focus... I would say this post office needs to improve the constancy between staff, and maybe improve in over all courtesy. I've often had to push very hard to get them to offer the services you really have to do to a post office for. They are often dismissive before hearing me out, making suggestions that if they bothered allowing me to complete my request without interruption they would realise are not appropriate for my situation. Over all you might get what you came for if you come here, but sometimes it will require multiple trips or simply being overly assertive. I would say some of the staff are competent, but in my experience maybe one out of five interactions yields results. Bottom line if need a post office in highpoint I wouldn't avoid it. But if you have a choice I would recommend going somewhere else. I understand that in a customer service role it's easy to get inpatient with people because you presume you've heard it all before, and sometimes you might think you know what the customer will ask next... Or you may have had a unreasonable customer previously... But that's no excuse to brush people off or be rude.

Not opening Saturdays anymore. Lots off issues with the delivery people not delivering parcels so now there is no time to pick up parcels. Need to have delivery boxes added so that we can pick up anytime.

Been using this PO for about 8 years, rudest post staff I've ever encountered. Many times they've struggled to find my parcel out back, coming in and out to check the address. There's always a long queue, they seem fairly inefficient.

Customer service is about average, that is to say sometimes competent. Generally Australia Post need to charge more for in-store services so that front-line staff can be resourced properly for what is an underpaid occupation.

I was expecting a parcel and as I was moving house at the time and was unsure which address to have it delivered to. As such I had it sent to Highpoint post office, Post Restante, in order to collect it when it arrived. I have done this twice before at highpoint with no issue. This time the parcel was refused and returned to sender which lead to increased cost upon having it reposted. A post office should not refuse post.

I came to collect my parcel under parcel collect service. I said to the staff "parcel collect please". She got my license and went in to find my parcel. Once she is back, she handed over the parcel and said "next time say parcel collect", which the only thing I have siad in the shop. Does the word " parcel collect " means something else?
