The parcel got stuck in transit for a weekend + a whole day. Came to the office to check if it is there, the lady at the counter said it is not and I need to wait for the status to change. I asked to go to the back-office and reject, she declined. 5 minutes after I left, the status changed and I had to wait in the same queue again. Dec 5, 3 PM, lady at the separate counter to the left of the entrance.

one of the staff is so rude with racial discrimination. I was in cue to submit my passport application with 2 endorse photos. It was rejected. I have to go home to pick up one photo without endorse. It is so wired. When I came back, it is a long cue. The lady let me cue again. When I ask other staff to check what is the problem with endorse one. They could not say anything and showed unfriendly.Finallt the staff cut my expired passport like below. Already expireed passport. They are so rude!

One of staff was very rude. She have no idea about customer service. Don't take a passport photo here. After I saw my son photo, I asked a staff in the first counter, if the photo get reject or not approve from the head office, can I come back to re-take a photo here. A rude lady staff answer me "they won't reject". I explained to her that I had an experienced about an Auspost passport photo didn't meet the requirements. All the answer from a rude lady staff was "they won't reject" She can't even answer yes or no question that I asked. At the end she was walk away inside so I had to asked a staff who took a photo for my son. Then that lady said "yes of course, you can come back and take a new photo. However, I won't take a photo here again so I went to a spit junction post. As expect, the lady at Spit junction was very nice.

Do not come here to take your passport photo. I came here to take passport photo. Due to the COVID situation passport renew is all online now. They only accept electronic photos. The post office canā€™t give me the original copy of the photo. Instead they can only do emails. I was gonna cancel the whole thing fearing the resolution will not be high. But the staff said they have many people coming to take passport photos and none of them have any issues. I mistakenly chose to believe him, thinking that well if many people have done it, then probably it should be fine. My photo was not approved due to low resolution and $25 wasted. My partner and I went there wanting to have things done in one goal but guess we went to the wrong place.

I would give no stars if it was possible! They wouldn't hold a package for a customer that has a PO box with them (!) I've had restaurants and number of other shops that are genuine enough to accept the package for people living above them! This is extremely disappointing! Now, that person who is paying the post office will have to wait an extra day to get his package! The guy was extremely rude as well! No respect given to a customer or in this case a delivery driver!

Iā€™ve been home all day and missed a parcel delivery. The guy did not even bother dialling he just left a missed parcel note. Iā€™ve had parcels left outside the front door accessible to the street even though they can put them in the lobby of the apartment block. The person just left it outside couldnā€™t even be bothered to put it inside. I had to look at the image where the person left it as I couldnā€™t see it where they are usually put. I get they are under pressure with covid and lot of deliveries but for a National service itā€™s not good enough. Private couriers do a much better job and itā€™s always faster.

Not only the paper envelope with important documents was bent (despite "Please do not bend" being written on big red letters), it was left exposed on a rainy day. Luckily I got it before it got even more damaged. Very unprofessional.

Aus post was doing a great job before. but now, they are getting worse. in the last week I pickup two parcels from there. when I picked up one parcel they already had another parcel for me, which I never received any letter to collect it before. they could have tell me that I have another parcel. but they didn't. ebay told me so. then I went to grab it again. this wasn't the worst part. the worst part was that they sent my "urgent reminder to collect" one or two days after each time I grabbed them. so, in total I went there 4 times. which could be done in once. they have the computers and tracking system. but they don't mind wasting our time.

Our company has been using this Post Office daily for 10 years, we have found the quality of service exceptional, yes on days there have been queues and yes sometimes we have had to wait our turn, but the very capable staff get through the queues very quickly, while waiting I have had the time to observe some customers who have in my opinion been very rude to the staff, I would have personally jumped the counter and knocked them out but the staff there are always so polite and take it in their stride, well done girls and guys, love your work.

Rude staff, extremely incompetent. Lennie mislead me by saying it ā€˜s not possible to send a mobile phone by airmail. So she sent it by road mail and the item is now lost. After going home, I searched Aus post website and found out she was wrong. Went back to store to tell this to Lennie and she was very rude and only said ā€œ that ā€˜s what I know, they must have changed the rulesā€. I have been on the phone with Aus post since the item was apparently lost and went back to store today again for a complaint to the manager, only to discover other staff donā€™t know this fact either. The managet told me the rules had just changed 4 months ago So she didnā€™t know and not taking responsibility. He lied about the 4 months as the aus post pdf was dated back to Sep 2017 and specifically mentioned mobile phones can be sent domestically by air.He also said I should have asked to be served by someone else! Then he referred me to Hong to lodge a complaint. Hong was asking me to prove that mobile phones can be sent by air by providing the info on the pdf from Aus post that I claim I have seen, otherwise he wouldnā€™t be able to help me! He said I ā€˜m the one claiming so I have to show it! He was holding up many customers behind me while I was searching a 48 page pdf! And he was doing nothing, not searching the website himself or asking the manager or calling Aus post for verification! The manager and Hong tried to defend the employee Lennie and make up excuses and lies to not admit to their poor knowledge, performance training as well as the store management. Nobody at this store wears a name badge and they refuse to give out their names too. Pathetic post office! My worst experience of customer service and quality of service in life! Stay away from this shop!

This is the only post office that I go to. I never have any issues with any of the staff members. Everyone is alway polite, nice and very helpful. Sometime the wait line in could get pretty long and it does take a while to pick up/ send a parcel. I guess one of the reason why they are so busy all the time is because no one wants to deal with Cremorne Junction LPO. Thank you!

At the spot 5pm. just to pick up parcel. Have got the door closed in front of my face. One of the ladies (customer) with 2 little kids had been trapped inside waiting 5 min for the door to be open by 'friendly staff'. Well I'm a chef working from 10 am untill 10,11 pm and we are still cooking even after closing times!

Very slow ,they need express lane for paying bills ,or a seperate section for people doing there passports which causes long lines, if people dont have there forms filled out send them back to end of line, only 2 people work there,and 1 guy standing there for parcel collection, i can't see why he can't help out when busy, very poorly run ,andvery easly fixed Australia Post
