If I hear "do you know the best way to contact us is through our brand new website" again while on hold I think I'll throw my phone. When I choose the Albury option and I keep going through to Steve in Sydney.....he recommended calling customer service as they can put me through to Albury. After a huge wait he can't put me through so now I wait to hear back from them. Very frustrating

Rang them in regard to an order that was sent from Melbourne and it was showing ā€˜in transitā€™ in Albury 2 days ago. Wondering why it hasnā€™t been delivered yet. Then I was stunned by the respond they gave. Call Operator: There is an issue with the order, you need to call the company who sent it and sort it out from there Me: So, is the item at your warehouse now? Call operator: Yes, it is. Me: If it is in your warehouse, why couldnā€™t you deliver? Call operator: Like I said earlier, there is an issue with the order, you need to call them to sort it out. Me: what is the issue then? Can you explain? Call operator: I cannot tell, there is an issue, call them and they will sort it out. Me: here is the part I donā€™t understand, the sender sent the item to you and it is in your warehouse, they have paid for the postage fee. Like you said, there is an issue, which you couldnā€™t explain, shouldnā€™t you be calling them to sort it out and get the delivery service done for you have been paid for? Instead, you want us, the customer to call them and sort it out when the item is in your warehouse? Call operator: you need to call them to sort it out. Me:................ You see the conversation, now you can decide whether you wanna go with them for yourself or your company but be aware that there could be an issue which they cannot explain to you and you need to sort it out yourself.

This extremely expensive equipment was just delivered damaged, after I personally took the items into the Albury NSW Border Express Depot and explained to 3 different people that these are very fragile Electical relays worth weā€™ll over $10k each over 60k total. I told them to put fragile labels all over the package and make sure nothing is stacked on it, then today it turns up without warning, when it was also instructed to call before delivery on con note. The boxes smashed and we wonā€™t know the extent of the damage to the relays until we have technicians test them all. What kind of a business is Border express running because it definitely is not a reliable courier and extremely careless with there cargo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING BORDER EXPRESS WITH VALUABLE EQUIPMENT THEY WILL LIKELY DESTROY IT!
