What appalling service, went in there to collect a parcel as stated on my card to collect they are open until 7pm, to be greeted with a response of ‘ oh that’s wrong’, - well maybe we shouldn’t leave clients with incorrect opening hours. The lady leaving at 6pm couldn’t be bothered assisting or apologising, poor customer service.

Worst customer service. The lady didn't even care to look for my parcel she just kept saying it's not here. then the other lady actually looked for it and found it. She Didn't even apologise just didn't care. Never coming back to this post office again!

They are the most rude people to work in customer service. I’d rather go to a post office further away than have to deal with the attitude of the people working there. They honestly couldn’t care less though when you mention it to them.

Clearly states on google open until 4pm and the card states to collect after 1pm today (Saturday) drive all the way there to collect a parcel and they’re closed and apparently have closed Saturday for a while!!! UPDATE GOOGLE !!! And think about giving delivery drivers up to date cards, and maybe the drivers who would know they’re closed DO NOT WRITE THAT DAY!!!!!!! REALLY POOR SERVICE ALL ROUND, should be ashamed!!!! Extremely unhappy customer

Annoying when I wanted a parcel for beginning of day Monday. Figured I could pick it up while out and about on Saturday and I wouldn’t need to make an extra special trip, only to find out the card and the website state the wrong opening hours. Spoke to someone in the newsagents and they said they’ve known it’s wrong for months and have tried to have changed but nothing has been done. So frustrating.

States very clearly that it closes at 5:30pm, however have arrived before at 4:45-5pm to find it already closed, and by this time, it's already too late to make it to the Morphett Vale branch which closes at 5pm. Highly unprofessional. We no longer use this branch. If you are closer, we highly recommend the Aldinga Aus Post - the ladies there are phenomenal.

So just turned up to collect my parcel Thursday at 5.40pm and they are CLOSED however according to the information online it states right now as I write this they ate OPEN and close at 7pm...great for people who work 8.30 to 5.30 and also work Saturdays. How do I pick up my parcel AUS POST ???? VERY BAD SERVICE

Always a friendly place to visit and helpful staff too. I’m in here almost weekly sending and receiving packages and the experience is always lovely. Sometimes can get busy, but they are upgrading the whole area so that should be rectified soon.

Went to pick up a parcel . I got there 5:35pm . The guy told me they are CLOSED . I advised him it shows online it says they close 7pm. Very poor service .

I have just sat at home for three days waiting for an expected registered mail official letter. Expecting someone to knock at my door and/or ring my working door bell, having to sign for the delivery. Yet again my wife finds a card "sorry we missed you" note. Now I have to go to the post office in order to get my mail. Today is the 19th and it is dated collect 18/12 after 04:30 pm. I try to find a number for that office, instead get a generic service operator one instead. After a half hour wait I get the ok it is at the address as mentioned. Wish me luck. Finally got my mail. It seems ok for Aust Post that an hour of my day was lost chasing up a letter that I should have gotten. When I asked " why can't you notify the recipient of the mail a time period of when it may arrive?" We don't have the time and your suggestion is unreasonable.

Trying too return two packages of clothes my partner bought online, the lady " new owners I think" was so disgustingly rude. When asking me too sign for them she just threw the paper work at me across the desk, and might I add she hasn't said a word to me too this point and just said sign there, then once I'd done that she, "said thats all " and ushered me away by flicking her hands ...... like come on and not once did she look me in the eye , I'm a 31 yr old male, polite and quite approachable, disgusting customer service, before she was there all the staff that were there before are absolutely lovely now ide rather drive to Elizabeth to do any returns..
