Rudest lady at the counter. Went to line up behind a lady and noticed she was still shopping with someone, couldn’t get around them with my pram so went on the other side and lined up right behind another lady currently being served. Then when it was my turn to be served the employee said I was lined up on the wrong side and she didn’t know who to serve. I explained I couldn’t go through the other entrance with my pram because the people who were shopping were in the way. She then repeated herself as if I was stupid, not just once but three times. Not hard to have good customer service. Made me feel so uncomfortable I am dreading having to back when I need to pick up a parcel.

Went to get express post bag. Missed closing time by a couple of minutes. Staff still there but refused to serve me. New owners not interested in local service. Much better under old owners, nothing was too much trouble. Would spend the time to chat, very friendly. Not so now. Hours are shorter and parcel pickup on Sunday's no more.
