Teller was super rude and dismissive, staff need some training in the concept of customer service, you're supposed to be there to help people out not just stare blankly and shrug. I feel bad for the elderly people who have no other option

We had a parcel that was returned to sender due to our error and, unfortunately, it was damaged on its return. I was anxious to go in to get the refund due to previous bad service several times at my local PO but staff at Oaklands were quick, thorough, polite and couldn't have helped us more. Couldn't fault the service. Great job.

When dealing with a paying customer, ensure they have a satisfactory experience. Was there for passport photos, asked the staff to show the picture that was taken but was rudely declined. Staff just didn’t care.

No problem with store or people. Australia Post do a great job. But why can't we call a particular store? 13 number is a frustrating waste of time, thankfully not as bad as Centrelink.

Very rude staff... I wasnt given any tracking number and when I contacted them after 15 days, he very rudely told me that they cant give me tracking number inspite of telling exact date, time and my photo id. Limitations are fine, But why do you need to be rude ? Thanks to Customer service call center who was able to help me in 5 min.
