No matter what weather it is, even if its late in the evening, he comes, always smiling 😊 and its a genuine smile. He is always polite and helpful, even when I am walking he waves and says hello while delivering parcels to others. If ever I am not home, he will leave my parcel in a safe place. Place parcel in safe area. Sure were everyone can clearly see it. Maybe explain to couriers that actually attempting to knock on door or even placing package near door/safe area is better then showcasing a package that isn't theirs to the whole world. No dogs in front yard and every other delivery company understands the assignment. This was the third package placed like this.

I have tried to contact the local Toowoomba depot and can only get through to a customer service line that were of no assistance. My parcel was delivered by Aramex Road to my house at 9.30pm at night. It was left on the front verandah and being a large expensive parcel it was left in plain sight. There was no attempt made to knock on our door to notify us it had been dropped off. I find this unacceptable service. The company I purchased the product from booked for it to be delivered in office hours. 9.30pm at night is not an acceptable time and to not even notify us it was there. With the current crime rate we are lucky it was still there and that I am not needing to seek compensation from you for my parcel going missing. I would like to know what are your delivery hours? Do you believe this service provided was acceptable?

After several years of excellent service, my two most recent delivery services were abysmal. I'm assuming a change of owner/management. Although I live within 10 km of town, they won't deliver to my door, but leave parcels at a drop off point in town. (Even though Australia Post will deliver to my door.) When this happens they are supposed to let me know by text or phone call when my parcel can be collected. This didn't happen in a timely way last time, and this time didn't happen at all. Customers can't talk to the local branch, but get transferred to a call centre where English isn't their first language. After two days of phone calls, I finally discovered that my parcel was delivered to the drop off centre yesterday. They hadn't bothered to advise me of this. Just not good enough!

My wife had a parcel out for pick up Friday & Aramex was a no show. The parcel is out again today (Monday) & its a no show again. The last courier was ok but is no longer with Aramex. Her phone number is still up as the contact. The office in Toowoomba is near impossible to contact. I have suggested the parcel to be sent Australia Post. They may be slow but it will get there eventually, most of the time.

Very happy with the driver overall but some concerns about how the service is run. Frequently parcels that are “onboard for delivery” at 7am are not actually delivered until the evening - 8pm or 9pm. This would certainly worry some residents (a) waiting all day for a parcel and b) having some stranger sneaking around your letterbox or front door in the dark - and I suspect the workload is not appropriate or safe for the driver.
