The service attitude is extremely bad, and the staff are not flexible, they should be old. The smiles on the faces of the managers and staff are not as sad as the faces of dead people. No patience. I really hope that I won't go to this place myself and affect my mood. If you have a bad attitude, please don't come out to do service industry. Avoid coming out scary.

Been expecting a parcel delivery from Tuesday last week. The driver from Traralgon East delivery centre just dumped it on doorstep in full view of the street... No effort to put out of sight. Got in his van and drove off. So fed up with total lack of care. I have a notice on my door to knock loudly and wait. He didn't bother and didn't care. A parcel worth $170 just dumped Absolutely pathetic service Auspost... Disgusting!!!!!!

Working long hours makes it hard for me to collect my packages after hours. I left early from work to collect my parcel that could have easily been left in my letterbox. I arrive at 5:27 and the door was locked. Turns out if there's people in there and they think they're going to work after 5:30 then they simply lock the doors and close early. Tried getting one of the staff members to let me in but was rudely shaken off. Giving this place a one star due to it's poor customer service and attitude towards others.

I registered a letter last Thursday and decided to check on its progress five days later. It hasn't even left the post office yet. I'm so sick of Australia Posts lack of commitment to its customers.
