Almost makes me wonder why bother paying for shipping at all and they send my parcel in kings grove not a convient post office I live in belmore and parcel in kings grove seriously when I ask they told me extra fee to move the parcel for another post office really bad customer service

Parcel not delivered. Was told they tried but no one home. [Lies].Spent all day waiting. Now told I have to pick up from several suburbs away and I don't drive. No wonder Aus post is going down. I will use courier from now on. Very poor service.

I have always had a positive experience at Kingsgrove Business Centre posting or picking up parcels. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The later closing hours and parcel locker are very convenient. 👍🏼

They could not find my parcel after i waited for 1.5 hours, told me that they will put it in the 24x7 locker and i can get it when i want(was assured i will get a text). Instead i got a letter telling me to collect before a certain deadline, had to go back again and got it. Was not processed for locker safekeeping at all. The older gentleman has no clue of what he is doing but the lady with pony tail(wish i knew her name) is a legend.

They lost my 10kg package nothing done about it, they told me it got "lost in transit" . I've filled in various lost item claims, they dont bother emailing or calling i have to always chase up. If i can come work for you guys as a courier and steal or lose other people's packages without consequences sign me up please i would love that too! Thanks.

Have always had really positive experiences with this Centre. Currently use the parcel lockers 98% of the time and they are absolutely wonderful, easy, timely and with the best communication. When i do have to pick up from the desk it is always easy, straightforward and fast - no issues. Inside at the service desk the staff are lovely and helpful with a great attitude. My favourite Aus Post outlet by a far way! Thank you to all.

Parcel ordered from a place 5 km away from me is stuck at Australia Post Kingsgrove Facility for over a week , I only live 10 minutes away. This has nothing to do with Covid delays they've just left it there. I've seen postmen drive up and down the street all week, so what's up with that!

Really bad services. Leave my 20kg parcel in this business center, away from my home around 7km, and because I do not have car, they refuse to redirect to my local post office unless I pay another $8 delivery fee. So ridiculous. I don't know how Australian post can let this happen.

They have had my parcel for 3 weeks and tracking shows it hasn’t even left the facility!! No wonder they have only a 2 star rating and they don’t even appear to try to improve on this. The fact that it’s impossible to speak to a customer service unless it’s for medication or a passport shows just how bad the customer service has got at Australia Post. This never showed up and they lost my sons guitar and won’t take responsibility for it! Disgraceful!

I went to collect my husband’s parcel. A guy who worked at parcel collection was really rude. I had my husband’s ID and he didn’t give the parcel because we don’t have same first name. I showed my bank card and driver’s licence. Then he wanted to talk to my husband asking my number. And he said he has to know we really know each other. OMG I really stressed out. I had no problem with the parcel collection before. Worst customer service ever. Do I have to carry my marriage certificate to collect parcel??? Please educate the staff.

"Delivered" on system, no delivery to me. Again. Home all day on the date entered & all week. Nothing in letterbox, no collection card - nothing. Again. Investigation leads nowhere, those who could help are conveniently "on annual leave". I'm told to go claim from seller. Nice! It's happened too often & it's the last straw. I'd rather pay extra for direct couriers from now on - at least I'll buy peace of mind. Everyone, if you can bypass this so-called "delivery centre", do it. Otherwise - good luck!

Shocking service: firstly delivered my parcel completely outside of my area, then ignored request to redirect. Had to take time off from work and drive 7km to pick up my parcel from a post office that is open exclusively during business hours making it impossible to collect deliveries if you working. Filing a complaint!

I would give a 0 if there was the option. It took more than 2 months for my 10kg parcel to be delivered from Melbourne to this business hub. I understood there would be delays due to covid 19 but this has nothing to do with the delays. They didn’t leave any collection card nor did they call me before they sent it back to sender!!! I had enquired 1 month before they returned it back to sender via email and phone calls they originally could not locate my parcel then on the final call they told me it was here at the kingsgrove facility but they probably couldn't fit it in the parcel locker as it was too big and that I would be able to collect it the next buisness day, however in between this last phone call after many enquiries the next day it was on its way to return to sender. In the tracking history you can visibly see that I had made enquiries (weeks before) as to where my parcel was so what I want to know is why? Why was it returned to sender when you can see I've been trying to track it down?! Very poor service from Australia post, which I hate to review as the postman that delivers to my house does such an excellent job and is genuinely friendly. Better luck next time in this delivery raffle.

Most disgusting and unreliable postal service ever. Not only am i missing my $300 item, they tried to blame me for signing for the items, yet now they've realised it was the driver who signed it and then they are trying to use the excuse of the driver is new and doesn't know the rules. I don't care, my items are missing and still 2 months on i can't still get straight answer from them. And still waiting for a call from the manager from the kingsgrove depot.If i was able to give no stars, i would rather than a 1 star.

Why wolli Creek parcel redirects to kingsgrove. no attempts to deliver,no cards were left. And yet u open only Monday to Friday 9-5? Can't even ask the parcel to transfer to somewhere closer like Arncliffe. Wt a joke. Terrible

Hopeless, unprofessional, total disconnect & contradicting sms text messages and emails sent to recipient saying "It's coming today"-it isn't coming-lies. They are getting paid to run an unprofessional organisation. Couriers get their salaries and some of them just don't care and don't even attempt to deliver the item, they put a card in your post box even when you are at home. Auspost answers to no one, it is a most unprofessional organisation.

Don't bother delivering to the door and just writes a card and puts it into the mailbox. I've had times where the mail is sent through text but don't get a mail card to pick up the item. Also, if I have more than 1 item, I've had to go a few times to pick up the item when they could've told me I have other mail that was there. Moreover, when I say I am home to accept the delivery and been waiting at home the whole day (I could've went out instead) no one delivers and I end up with the mail card in the mail box -. - Unprofessional service.
