Just as the other review said. The older lady with long curly light hair is so RUDE. She expects me to know everything about sending parcel overseas and expects me as a customer to find out rules by myself and she claims she won’t know about it. Not sure if she’s been a racist or anything like that, but pretty sure she should go find another job if she’s not happy with it not throwing her life at the customers. Other than that, The other brown hair younger lady and a short hair lady has been great and very helpful.

Disgusting attitude from lady with blonde curly hair, she needs to pick a new job because she doesn’t seem to happy at this one. So rude, younger lady with brown hair was friendly and helpful.

Definitely a "Business" Centre. Staff are very robotic, in, out "next customer please". Very strict on picking up parcels from same address, I've had my partner declined to pick up my parcel with the note signed correctly. I would rather drive further and park further away and go to the Wyndham St Post Office.
