I have been using Bibra Lake Post Office for years, and go there daily. The staff are always very helpful and accommodating to anything I need, always giving me the best options to send parcels. They are always very quick and friendly. Thanks Ladies for your great work .

worst department in Western Australia, unable to gain access to a house with easy access? whoever the delivery driver is that is doing this and not even leaving a card should be sacked, I have been receiving mail months after the send date for local letters! unacceptable.

Three seperate times the posties have knocked my door once (as in one single tap on the door), quickly filled out a collection form and left. I've been in the house each time but I don't even hear it because they haven't knocked properly, what's with that? I have a camera at my front door so when I watch it back you see them tap the door once, immediately rush to fill a form then run off. Is there some sort of Aus post race/competition going on to see who can be the quickest at not doing their job properly? Please teach your posties how to knock a door. Normally at least 3-4 solid knocks should do it.

I don't know how many times I have waited at home for deliveries (after receiving SMS advice that parcel is on board for delivery today) only to have a card dropped in leterbox to collect from DC. Attend there and receive indifferent treatment when you dare criticise the poor service they are providing for a service you have paid for AND when you put in a written complaint it is dealt with in house...waste kf time VERY ORDINARY!!!!

Ignored multiple return to sender requests which have been flagged as a priority and as a result, participated in allowing scammers to receive parcels they haven't paid for. Truly disappointed.

Do not trust these people with your mail and definitely don't question their superiority over the rest of us human beings they are rude and smart Alec in nature they provoke the customer into a confrontation then they hide behind fear of retribution example the signs they have on their doors they won't tolerate abuse from customers but it's ok for staff to incite it first then they deny your own mail which I never got so make sure you ask their rules first before you arrive and pick your mail up

Left an attempted delivery note on a Tuesday afternoon, I had to travel for work early on Wednesday morning, away for a week. I tried to find a phone number to call them to make sure the parcel wouldn't be returned to sender before I could pick it up, but the only contact number listed is the general Aust Post number. Waited three hours for call back from Aus post while at work to be told they don't have a contact number for Bibra Lake post office either. Went to Post Office to pick up parcel when I returned from work and luckily it was still there. However they also gave me another parcel I wasn't expecting. I didn't check the details on the second parcel untill I got home and it is for a different person and different address! Luckily it is down the street from me, guess I'll deliver it for them seeing as they are now closed.

The worst. The delivery driver came to my house, and stayed in his van while he wrote a collection card, dropped it into my mailbox, and drove away, even though my son was standing in the open front door waving at him. It was an extremely urgent express parcel containing medication. The DC does not care and states that delivery was attempted even though the driver made no attempt tp deliver the parcel at all. Disgusting attitude from Australia Post staff. And not a once off. Its happened many times and we are constantly expected to collect post because their staff are too lazy to deliver it.

Waited out the front for a parcel to be delivered. heard the driver, come outside and went to approach him to get my package. (even though i had circled to leave in a safe place. looked at me funny, looked panicked and drove off before i could even speak. get a notification saying that my parcel is being delivered to wrong place. Check your delivery driver please. very disappointed and have to now mess around today trying to get my package.

Wasted my time trying to renew passport. Australia Post website says (under services offered by this post office) "passport and travel". I didn't realize that you have to click on "passport and travel" to see what services are offered. Just be warned that when you do so renewing your passport is not one of them. Giving 2 stars because of previous problems with a parcel delivery contractors, similar to other reviews.

I find myself here atleast a few times a month collecting parcels, the staff are always friendly and wait times are minimal, the parking bays are large and for customers only so there is no stress getting in an out of the carpark. The parcel collection window area is undercover and sheltered from the weather. The parcel collection area is open from 6am till 5pm Monday to Friday and closed on weekends.

Only ever been here to pick up parcels. The lady at the parcel pick up window is always very nice and friendly. Lately though I have not been receiving any notices of missed delivery. Recently I waited over 3wks for a new modem to arrive only to discover it was actually posted via express post. Delivery was attempted after only 2 days but because my modem was sitting on a shelf at Bibra Lake BH for 2weeks I could not use it. So I paid internet for 2wks ($40) that I could not use.

Their contractors are either blind or down right lazy. I am tired of having to drive 3-4 KM to the Hilton Park P.O because they cannot see a doorbell. As we receive around 2-3 packages a month this is a considerable impost that has only been put on me since their contractor changed some months ago.
