My local post office- Fantastic Efficient service. The team at Noble Park LPO are so hard-working, kind and competent. Everytime I go to there, I am greeted well and given professional service. I have witnessed some customers being extremely rude, verbally and physically abusive to the staff at Noble Park LPO and yet the team are so respectful, positive, caring and helpful. 3 min ago, the Indian delivery guy saw me. But only leave a delivery card and quickly ran. It happen so many times. My car is at home as well and he can see me through my windows.

I use this Post office regularly. Super professional, helpful and friendly staff who will go above and beyond to assist customers with anything post related whatever they need. Plenty of parking and great location - Small location but with a great and excellent customer service.

Why is the guy so rude ?? to customers How is he not trained to talk to customers?? I see so many comments regarding his rudeness and not being able to pick our parcels !! If That's the best of Auspost it's better to switch to some other delivery options i suppose. Just in disgust and surprise how is this allowed in a Post office.

I dont give even one star he won’t deserves it. I come to collect my parcel I got a card I don’t have driver license with me coz I lost it and waiting for one. I showed work with children which got my name on it. He asked for address. I said in the bill is ok ? I opened email showed him my bill on my name. He went back to get my parcel put it in front of me then said oh it has to be actual card or passport. If that why don’t tell me at the first place instead keep asking me address and I showed bill and everything. Those proofs showed that’s it’s me and my name. This guy can’t work for sure. Worst post office ever

Visited today 29/08/22 to see whether my parcel is there, the guy there is so dump and rude. Asked me ID and said I could steal the card from someone house to see the parcel, I said I would bring my id definitely but need to tell me whether u got it or not, he said as so rude used unacceptable language with no apology, I would give minus 100 star

Very good customer service and polite with customers. We are going to this place for 5 years It is very hard to provide good customer service to everyone they but these people provide every time. We saw some people giving low rating but If we see their explanations, they are just following Aus Post rules to collect parcels and provide other service. Be patient and support them. It is not easy to do customer service.

When I checked the office hours on Friday, 11th Feb in google, it was showing Saturday open till 1 PM. When I came on Saturday at 12.35 PM, it is closed. Cross checked the google once again... magic.. it says closed, and at 12 PM. Have seen couple of others too wasting their time.

On 10th March, when I got there to collect my parcel, I was turned away even after showing the guy the photo of my passport, 2 different bank cards. He said my photo could be "counterfeited" (what? It shows my picture there) and those cards could be stolen (why would I "steal" debit cards to collect a small parcel, which doesn't make any sense). Had to run back and forth to bring him the REAL PHYSICAL passport. Could have asked to see my bank statement, though, where I could just generate from the app.

Have been coming here for years. The service is good. the products are ok and the place is nice and clean. Have never had any trouble. Can improve on upselling skills and products as I seem to buy a lot more unwanted gear at other post offices compared to this.

My local post office, the best customer service to date, hardly know these guys but they are always there for the customer and ready to help and explain any misunderstandings.
